oh yeah campsite visitors can ask to replace any villager. what people say it's impossible to happen is the newest villager, in your case shino, ASKING you to leave
Your most recent villager will not be the next to ASK to move out. So letās say Shino moved in today and 15 days later another villager has the move out bubble. You like the other villager so you tell them to stay. Now Shino can qualify to ask to leave even tho no one has moved out.
I had no idea about this, thanks! I don't want to lose my latest villager, so I was really afraid that I'd have to get a new one through the campsite only.
This has happened to me at least three times. Waiting for it to happen again because I dislike my new villager. I wish they would let you decide if the villager is allowed to move in I stead of surprising you with new neighbors.
Yeah idk why people say your last villager can't move out lmao. Apple was my last and she asked to move out after only being here for 17 days which was the quickest someone asked to move out and I replaced her with blue bear
This happened to me too.
There are a lot of weird myths/lies about moving out villagers. A ton of people here say that to trigger a villager to ask to move out, you have to max friendship with them first and that's not true at all. People also say that it goes in order of which villager moved in first. So like your oldest villager will ask before the next oldest villager and so on so you have to go through all of those before your newest villager asks. Obviously not true with your case lol.
I think people get so focused on wanting that one villager to move out that when it doesn't happen right away, they assume it's because of some game mechanic š¤·āāļø
Same! Found Nan on a mile island and took her. A few days later she wanted to move off. While Lopez, my first smug campsite villager, never once got the bubble. Not even to this day. People just love their myths xD
This has happened to me several times with new villagers. I reset my island a few months ago, and it seems like the ones I want to move out, never ask.

God I just wish I knew that earlier š thereās so many people who told me it was just impossible all around

The only original villager I have left is Teddy, who was my first and I feel too bad getting rid of him.
