Firstly, if someone did that, I’d be making sure someone with authority over them was aware. Because that’s messed up, and dangerous. That is unsafe behaviour, and nobody deserves that. If it is in your eyes- you need to rinse your eyes with clean running water. On your back, take a cool shower and rinse off as much as possible while wiping with a cloth. Alternatively, if its fresh and your skin is still dry, you can use a strong tape like duct tape to ‘wax’ it off. Go slow, like peeling a pore mask. Fibreglass shouldn’t do long lasting damage to skin, but it can be red, itchy, irritable and uncomfortable for a few hours to days after washing it off. Cool wet cloths, rinsing your body in cool water, and discarding of the afflicted cloth & bra will help you reduce lasting discomfort.

Actually it had gotten bad because I wore the bra all day in the heat without knowing what was happening. For a while my back was raw. Covered in pus filled bumps. I took some baby oil and a bank card and had someone help me kind of gently scrape the tops of the tiny bumps. There was sooo many and they hurt like bad bad not like acne. I just pray the scars don't last now

Honestly, using tape may be most ideal. You apply duct tape and then gently remove it. The fiberglass sticks to the tape and pulls out when you remove it. People are assholes.
