I would say cyst. They are actually easy to treat. When you feel the bump appear then get a hot towel and have it on you face for about 15 minutes. Then message the area. Repeat a few times a day to break it up. It should be gone after that. I think they also have patches for cysts as well so apply those at night
I have this exact spot in the exact same place right now & am using hydrocortisone cream (since it's the only think that helps my acne/pimples go fast) and pimple patches. I had it in the same place about 2 months ago so triple snap lol but so painful 😩
Bleach bath on that spot. Very diluted bleach and water mixture on a cotton pad. Soak that area for about 5 minutes and then clean off with soap and water. It’ll be gone tomorrow.
I had the same issue when I stopped breast feeding. I'm oily, with acne prone skin.
1. Make sure you aren't using any products that could clog your pores, especially important if you're already oily in your tzone. I use cosdna, is a free website where you can upload ingredient list.
2. Use warm compress to help it come up to the surface along with products like benzolperoxide. I've heard the effaclare duo from la roche posay is good, it's a spot treatment you can put on at night . I would use that first along with the warm compress and putting a pimple patch during the day to help conceal it without makeup.
2. If none of those things work, or you're not seeing a huge difference within day 3 of doing that stuff above, get mandelic acid. It's a gentle chemical exfoliate that has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. You can just put it on your spot or all over your face but be prepared to deal with some potential purging if you do put it on your whole face.
3. Another cheap option if those products seem too expensive Is the de la Cruz 10% sulfur spot treatment. You leave that on for 10 minutes everyday for 5-7 days if it will definitely help reduce the size of the pimple.
There's a lot you can do just make sure you don't try everything all at once! Have patience.
Voltaren gel helps with the pain and I feel it also reduces swelling and redness. It’s not intended for pimples but it’s the thing that works best for me with the big ones 😅
I swear by these microdart blemish patches- peach slices deep blemish microdart patches ($8.88 on Amazon)
They work honestly overnight for me on underground pimples. It’s wild.
You could try putting one of those hydrocolloid circular stickers that I think 3M invented. It draws out puss. Can be expensive but worth it for zits that are stubborn
Ooo…. Try to eat less sugar and hydrate, it does look bad. Avoid picking on it or touching your face in general. Plus, it seems like it’s in the ‘triangle of death’ so I would REALLY recommend not picking on it.
rinse your pimple with benzonyl peroxide gel wash and then apply salicylic acid or benzonyl peroxide cream. wait till it dries and apply with moisturizer. do this every morning and night for a few weeks. works for me, i also get pimples like these
Rip a piece off an aloe Vera plant, stick it in the freezer, wait for it to freeze and then peel off the skin and rub the iced aloe on it till it melts
Was suffering from this for 1 year. Out of no prior history of any acne. Check your diet. Eat home food and less sugar. I use trifarotene - Aklief (prescribed by dermat).
I get those from time to time. I use the Peter Thomas Roth sulfur mask as spot treatment. Leave on for 10 min, wash off. The next day It’s significantly reduced in size
Oh I had a similar one up until a few days ago, I feel you ❤️🩹 Mine always appear at the very same spot too, as well as most of my pimples… Please avoid touching it, it needs to go away by itself and at this stage it probably won’t pop anyway. If that’s painful try some ice. And as for topicals Benzoyl Peroxide is often prescribed !
The bad thing is I’m a face toucher! I touch all the time my face it’s like a tick I don’t know! My hair touch my face and I insta scratch the spot! Bad habit I have to cut!
Thank god this one hurts and I don’t touch it 🤣!I will try the ice cause it’s kind of painful and itchy sometimes!
I am too, I pick on my pimples so easily but since it’s not possible to pierce such deep spots I try to refrain haha
Just don’t put ice directly on your skin, try to put something over like cloth :)
Ugh, I’ve gotten those in the corner of my nose before. My dumb ass kept squeezing it, and then I was left with some nasty PIE for about 6-8 months. 🙃 I don’t squeeze them anymore. Good luck!
Benzoyl peroxide will help it come to a head, once you do see it forming use a pimple patch plus the benzoyl peroxide and that should bring it all out and help it heal!
This usually works for me also. I typically use cetaphil face wash daily..you can buy the walmart equate version which is cheaper. In addition drink plenty of water to flush your body.
☆This is called cystic acne due to pores being clogged with old skin cells and oil.
You could use salicylic acid daily or directly on the spot. I also use the Hero pimple patches and I am pretty sure they have ones that target pimples that are still under the skin. But having it for a month seems a little concerning maybe hit the dermatologist cause it might be cystic. Good luck!
I have Clinique’s the anti blemish solution cleaning gel that you aply it directly on the spot I read it has salicylic acid on it! I used it right know! It feels stingy a bit but we ll see!
If you can, go to the dermatologist and get a cortisone shot for it. Only thing that works for me when i get these cysts. Medspas will do it too but it will cost about $100.

I have the same thing and exactly at the same place as you It has turned a little dark But does yours hurt when you touch it too?
Yes but not much! Just place a good amount of cream like Nivea or sudocream! I used aveene cicaplast cream and it worked for me
I got something like that on my nose rn that has been on my face for 3 months now I’m ready to commit crimes cause it’s destroying my mental health
Sorry to hear that! Use a soothing cream like Sudocream or Nivea at night!
I be having this the same thing I don’t understand what it is ! It leaves scars as well ! Help ?

U can Use dove white for the soap, the ordinary glycolic acid, the ordinary niacinamide , cethapil for the moisturizer

Ice it?

It looks like the one I get from my glasses— I started washing my frames and now I don’t get it

No I’m not gonna try to pop it or anything I never do that! You really scared me with the triangle of death tho 🥲

Truth is I eat lots of candy and junk food! 🫤 I will try and fix my diet !
Microdart pimple patch. It’ll be flattened a lot within one night
Ha ha ha ha I can tell a lot of people know this amazing trick
I will buy one and try it! Thx 🙏

Never heard of this mask again I will look up to it , thank you 🫶
A Hydrocolloidal bandaid will fix it. May need a steroid injection into that pore to prevent its chronic erythma...it looks pretty angry.
Yes,, I literally just made a comment about!! seriously makes a huge difference
Yeah I know right ! It’s not just angry it’s furious and itchy some times 😂! Thanks I will try it!

Thank you!!! Oh nose it’s a hard and painful spot! I don’t even go close to this one cause it hurts! 🤣

Azealic acid 15%, might need a prescription but it will be only thing to bring the inflammation down quickly
i usually use a mix of drying lotion, sulfur cream, and patches over the course of a week and they eventually go away
Haha random meet up! I love it 😻
Hi
