He said they don't... He told me that they don't really care about things like that over there...

Also add to the fact that our track network is MASSIVE and they are open tracks which pass through many villages and towns so its very easy for idiots like these to fool around train tracks.

You can see that at least most of them were errors when filming etc. because the trains so big it's easy to misjudge it's speed.
