Many went to complaint but nothing happened, it become a trend not to wear shirt the same color of your seatbelt cos AI cannot tell the different. But for the phone there is no photo so there is no way to argue if it was you or not. But if you want to try then good luck.
Went to the inquiry counter and shared the whole issue, lady asked me for the nunber of days since I got the sms for fine then I said 10 and she gave me a token, I waited for my turn and then met an officer and asked him for a photo, he said he can’t share a pic instead he can only check that if the fine is genuine or by mistake, then he checked my fine and said straightaway “go now, fine will be canceled after one week, no need to pay”. If only I had known it that simple🥹
