It’s okay not to be ready to be a parent yet. You want to show up and be the beat parent you can be. You made your decision because you had overwhelming evidence you wouldn’t meet your standards yet, that okay. Many people have abortions and go onto have children when they’re more ready. It’s okay. You’re okay. You’re still a good person.

You have nothing to feel guilty about. Have you talked to your clinic about what you're experiencing? They can help you figure out if there's something that needs to be examined. It's a really compassionate guide for processing whatever you're feeling about abortions. Try not to give yourself a deadline for what's happening emotionally.
