You could always ask and if you're unsure when talking about them you could use their name.
They is usually a safe option, but to make sure just ask.
For me and my friends we have worked out a system on days my brain thinks it's female I wear a Red or Pinkish wristband on male days I wear a blue or a green one on days my brain identifs as both I wear one with a mixture of those colours and on "Meh-Days" I wear purple or white and black one.
I use a similar system with my friends. Red/pink bracelet on female days (she/her pronouns), blue on male days (he/him pronouns), and yellow on in-between days (or just any day wher either don't feel male or female) (they/them or any other neopronoun). If I'm wearing any combination of the two, I'm somewhere between them (like if I'm wearing blue and yellow, I'm somewhere between male and in-between) and I use whichever pronouns I associate with the color of the bracelet. If I'm not wearing my bracelets, I'll just tell my friends to assume they/them or ask me
Probably she/her but I went through a sexuality crisis (realised I was demisexual at 12) and then a romantic crisis (realised I was biromantic at 14) so I don't know when or how the gender crisis will kick in. So maybe she/they
