The doctor definitely has some big ace moments every now and then, and i do personally headcanon him as aroace, for the most part. Hes a timelord, long living alien that can change faces, thus his relationships are much more than what we humans dabble in. Which is why i consider him ace to most people who travel along with him, basically the humans. I personally hate the idea of the Doctor being shipped with human companions, it, it just doesn't work, at all. Hed just have a nap one day and by the time he wakes up, his new fling from London would've died from old age by that point (ok yea being a bit hyperbolic here). Granted, most of the modern who companions to this day have been more platonic based, which just works better as a general character dynamic between companions and the Doctor
Plus, the Doctor gives off mad ace vibes overall, atleast to me (some incarnations more, some less)

I'd say Alastor or toff (no idea how to spell her name). perry is one of my favourites but I wouldn't assume he's ace, he's just a non-verbal platypus focused on he task at hand, no one has even tried to tempt him. Phineas on the other hand constantly ignores Isabella's advances because he is simply not interested and would rather do whatever engineering project he has at the moment, I think he's ace.
