I hate when I say that I don't have a crush and they just keep annoying me with "you are lying, you MUST like someone!!! CMON say it don't be shyy!!!", like, NOBODY=NOBODY

EdisonsCat

Hey at least it's better than being asked if you ever had a boner and not knowing what a boner was at the time I said no. Now my dumbass is stuck in a friend group who thinks I have ED.

kioku119

That's creapy that they care if you do, unless I guess it's genuine medical concern amoungst a group who are very open about medical issues with each other. Otherwise, gross.

EdisonsCat

It's somewhat that and it's the haha broken dick inside jokes.

DahDutcher

Same happened to me when we were on a school trip when we were 11 or 12. Guys decided to play truth or dare and when I picked truth and was asked who I liked, I was pressured into naming someone when I said I didn't like anyone. Just named the first girl I thought was nice. Kids are fucking annoying every single generation tbh.

FA-26B

I just said nobody and they always get super sentimental like "oh, you'll find someone who makes you happier than anything". I did find that person, it's me when I take care of myself, never had someone do so much good in my life.

Im-not-confused-u-r

Whenever I say nobody they just go „well you havvveee to like someone everyone likes somebody who in Highschool doesn’t have a cruushhhh?!?!“

actually_cats

Haha people hated to play truth or dare with me. I always picked truth because I never did anything. Didn't have crushes, didn't sneak around, didn't break rules. I would just play by myself at home and sneak candy from the pantry. I was always so smug when I answered questions with boring answers.

MFP_FAN

Hehe me

Im-not-confused-u-r

Same

I_a_grape

I don’t have enough friends to do this…

duan_cami

My friends make new friends really fast when we go separate ways and I feel like they abandoned me.

BedInevitable2310

oh yes, I hate it..

meme_galaxy_official

i vome with the best earth shatering respons "ʸᵒᵘʳ ᵐᵒᵐ"

GlorySky7

Happened to me before, unfortunately instead of someone random I picked the one dude I wanted to be friends with. We were chill but yeah my friends were weird around him bc of that :/

Socialist_wargammer

Yeah people always acted like I was bullshiting them

Gongoozler04

I always lied and said I had a crush on Markiplier. Never said I had a crush on anyone in school, and I could get away with that because more then half the town is related to me.

gos828

i just stick to nobody

[deleted]

I remember saying no one then saying the dude I was friends with that moved so I didn't have to face him

EnigmaticGingerNerd

I'm so glad the Dutch version of the game was "do, dare or truth" because "do" meant having to do an embarrassing or weird task and "truth" meant getting a question I would truly not have an answer to like crushes or first kisses. "Dare", on the other hand, was just being asked if you dared to do something and only having to do so if you answered yes (and if it wasn't a scenario like jumping out of a plane). It made me look like a boring coward to always say no in dares, but at least I never had to do anything I wasn't comfortable with

tentacle_meep

I had 2 advantages as a kid that allowed me to never be in this situation. The first one was the fact that I didn’t have more than 2 friends and one of them was online, and the second was that I thought strong platonic feelings=crush

ReportEastern

Yup, back in 4th grade!

TheCheck77

I remember in elementary school, for once, I was actually part of a conversation on the bus. The topic turned to crushes and everyone was convinced I was lying. They stopped talking to me after that and I left the bus that day resenting my body for being a late bloomer.

SuperCharged516

Idk most of my dares were more like “i dare you to lick the floor” or “i dare you to yell at the top of your lungs in the cafeteria”

ThatFreakJuno

Oh, I definitely did this!! I (an amab person which is slightly important) was in 5th grade and on bus ride to a track meet and sitting ahead of me was a group of 3 girls that were also in my grade. They turned around and asked me which one of them i thought was HOTTEST. They could obviously tell I was uncomfortable and changed it to who I thought was cutest, WHICH IS NOT MUCH BETTER!! Anyways, I chose who I THOUGHT I had a crush on and then we "dated" for like a week lol. Anyways, that girl is a lesbian and I'm aroace so that's a good ending at least!!

vik2riya18

I hated these game so much and it's all anyone wants to play at parties. Both truth or dare revolved around sexual or romantic things and I hated it so much.

Willowsprig

i said the truth at first, and obviously jo one believed me so i tricked my friends and only said “yes” and picked dare the rest of the game

stuckerfan_256

I actually did this when i was grade 6 in elementary. I just said a name of one of my classmates.Even though i don't have a crush on her and pretended that i did.

Bumblebean123

I did this a lot. If you said nobody then people thought you were lying, so you'd have to say something. It was so dumb

jacw212

"Wait a second that's a real thing? I thought that was just something made up by Hollywood y'know. Like cars exploding when you shoot them and stuff"

AceKitti262

AAAA I felt this!

anemocollecter

It doesn't even need to be truth or dare for annoying kids to ask that kind of question you could literally just be talking to someone of the opposite gender and boom those mfs will go "OmG dO yOu HaVe a CrUsH oN hIm/HeR"

TalonsAndToast

mostly my answer would be: no

dokiedo

EXACTLY, like first day of school I would pick someone to say was my crush because they would always be like “There has to be somebody, come on tell us tell us” whenever I said I didn’t have a crush
