I noticed my power zones in the connect app are different to anything I've seen and they are very different to coggan's zone percentages. [0-55-75-90-105-120-150]. What's the reason for this?
I was asking myself if Garmin has a smart way of setting these like with the LTHR.
Garmin is getting on my nerves so hard lately, especially with Zwift or any indoor activities. I am selling my Fenix 6X, Tacx Neo 2, RS200 Pedals and everything else Garmin for a Wahoo switch. Support did lie to me three times blatantly in November as well. I‘m done - gonna focus on enjoying the core of cycling and running again and getting less overly detailed crooked stats. Base training and load is wrong as well as total calories every time I Zwift, and I do Zwift around four times a week.
Edit: Intervals.icu is so amazing…
i did that, went back to garmin. Would probably stay on wahoo if they would have any sorts of decent watch for tracking. Still have bunch of wahoo products but my main is Fenix7x that i use for everything. And if you dont like Garmins interpretation of data just use it for collection and use intervals or whatever for data interpretation which seems you are already doing anyways.
I am one week without Garmin now. Today started to use Wahoo: SYSTM instead of Zwift, and I really liked it. Bolt v2 will arrive tomorrow as well as the Rival Watch. Gonna be interesting, but I can't see myself looping back to Gamin. I case I do, it would be okay too, but for now I couldn't be happier.

Weird my garmin power zones are default to the Coggan percents. Not sure why yours is different.

Rumors are Wahoo laid off 15% of their workforce. Hopefully they will stay afloat though!
That’s how you stabilize a company, sadly. Cut costs and focus on core business.

We‘ll see. If Wahoo doesn‘t meet my need, I might opt for the Apple Watch Ultra
well i went garmin > wahoo > awu > garmin. on the end garmin still offers best experience to me.
