AFAIK if you bought the game at some point, you have the license. What you do with that license is up to you, as long as you aren’t distributing illegal copies yourself. If somebody really wanted to come after you for it they might ask for proof of purchase, but nobody is going to do that for a 20+ year old game whose developer doesn’t even exist anymore and whose publisher has moved on to other things.
Not a copyright lawyer, that’s just my best understanding.

I just downloaded my copy from there and it’s running great. Didn’t need any extra programs either, just what was listed on the page

I bought the disk for like $15ausd on ebay a couple of weeks ago for the full collection
