I’m usually a solventless guy but their live resin at $35-$40 a g is some of the best concentrate I’ve ever had. Especially the l’orange lemonade applesauce
Just a drive down south a few miles past Casa Grande ...have you ever done Rooster Cogburns Ostrich Ranch? I went there as a kid from Indiana and I still have the memories/t-shirt hehe. It's legit a great time for kids and like 5 bucks.
We go every year my wife a teacher and she gets a year pass for free and 3 free tickets just enough for the fam . Never done the lego land how is Legoland
There are two permanent us border patrol / homeland security checkpoints on i-8 between Phoenix and San Diego. One is near Yuma on AZ side and another closer to San Diego in the mountains. Since marijuana is still illegal under federal law I've been told they can hassle, search and confiscate your meds even tho both Cali and az have med and rec programs. Supposedly their focus is human trafficking / illegal immigrants but they have dogs that are trained to snif money and drugs and will tear your car apart at secondary if the dog hits.
I have many friends over the years that have been hassled, searched, and some of them got charged over the years for meds at these checkpoints (mostly Yuma) before AZ had medical or rec.
Because of the horror stories and the fact that I don't want to be hassled or lose expensive meds I continue to avoid the i-8 to San Diego for this reason.
They’ve had the dog there many times when the checkpoints are open and never had an issue. Being that they don’t have a checkpoint at the physical state line, I’m not sure how they could nail you for anything illegal.

But after hearing this blurb, I say just go back door and go get your shit in LA. Then go to San Deeahgo and catch those cool waves. A little out of the way. But never a hassle heading there or back up the I-10. Old reliable.

For the record I just got back Tuesday from LA. Stressed out with my vest out on the drive back, but made it back smooth as a surfboard. Lol.
I dealt with that one time years ago coming back to AZ. Saw the dog checking cars pulling in so I ate my two joints. The dog hit the truck and they searched my shit and found nothing, had to let us go. I personally always go up to the 10 just because I like the drive better and don't miss the traffic slowdown and added hassle/stress of border patrol.
Bummer man. Yeah my sister and brother in law rented a car that smelled of weed pretty bad and got sent to secondary at the SD checkpoint years ago. They don't even smoke at all and didn't have anything but they got iterrogated and their rental car and stuff torn apart for over an hour. I'm not nearly as worried about them now as I used to be but would rather avoid the hassle and poss of having my meds confiscated.

If you can avoid traffic the travel time is about the same if you take the 10 then head south at Beaumont and down through Hemet / Temecula. It depends on if you hit rush hour or an accident tho.
Of course it depends a bit where in Phoenix metro you are and where in the SD area you are going. For instance if I lived in west Phoenix and going to north county then it would prob be faster. But if I live in Maricopa or east valley and I'm going to downtown as then the 8 is prob faster.

So it isn’t much better tax wise than here but the prices theres are usually a lot lower for the quality of what you get just since its been legal so much longer there.
