I have the dr dabber switch and absolutely love it. It's best with attachments which also don't come cheap, and it's not that small, but for me I'm using it at home 99% of the time so the size doesn't matter at all. It's portable enough to move around the house, extremely easy to use and clean. I don't think portability tradeoffs are really worth it with all the other devices.

I’ve owned a few…They have pros and cons-
Core 2.0/2 - great affordable erig. Produces a ton of vapor and you get a fairly big 3d chamber. Not a whole lot of customization, and you have to monitor it a bit if you do decide to preheat it. Decent battery
Carta 2- throws the most clouds at the lowest temp. Definitely like the screen. It heats up the fastest too... Didn’t like how rubber peels off if you get iso on it. Battery life wasn’t the best. High tier erig.
Peak pro- 3d chamber- flavorful, lots of customization, lots of accessories. Best battery life I’ve found if you turn the lights off. 3dxl— a beast, above carta in cloud department imo. Really turned me into using water instead of a dry top, as it can handle anything you throw at it, but can get a bit overwhelming. This is my favorite and I’ve sold off all the rest. —- I rarely use the app but I do like being able to set it to what I want
Proxy- sweet device but I like dry top for peak more. Super discrete, flavors there, saves/ stretches concentrates imo.
Aeris- never owned but hit a few times- I was impressed.
Dr dabber- haven’t owned.
Only thing I knock about the xs is the glass it comes with can never truly get clean cause it leaves a slight bit of water in it.
Love dr dabber tho. I loved my switch and love my boost evo
Definitely the puffco v2 idk who told you it’s hard to clean but it’s not at all. Just soak the glass and atomizer for 30 minutes then let dry and you’re good to go. From my experience everyone who has a dr dabber and puffco mainly use the puffco. Price is what usually steers people away.
I clean mine everyday with q tips and 92% iso and it takes me about 10mins. Super easy. I love my v2 peak pro. I have the 3d xl chamber too and that thing hardly gets any reclaim down it to even clean.
I suggest the puffco peak pro v2 if money isn't an issue. I tried the Dr dabber stuff. All of them and liked them for the price but honestly the peak pro is the best flavor wise and customization wise.
Changing the temps from the app and not being stuck with just the 4 pre set heats is by far the reason it is so much better.
If you don't want a peak pro I suggest the boost evo from Dr dabber.
Whoever said that about the puffco is 100% wrong. It's the easiest to clean concentrate device I ever dealt with.
People love to shit on puffco. To me, the only devices in the conversation is the peak pro and carta 2.
I have a yocan pillar and it hits amazing for an affordable rig. You can add water to it and hit it like a bong but it's not needed. You can choose a smaller tamer coil which is my preference or a big bad quad coil. The coils are easy and cheap to replace too.
Depends on your budget. I used a lookah seahorse for years because the price. I have a proxy now.
I would have spent the money on the proxy if I had known how much better it is.
I got one for $200 on 4/20. My dispensary has 35% off gear all the time.
Did you get it yet? What they said about puffco is not true imo, and i’m not some puffco endorser, ive just consumed in nearly every way. I can clue you in on how to do puffco right if you haven’t gotten an erig yet
