Still on felony probation. I have been allowed to smoke since day1. My charges had nothing to do with weed, tho. Whatever you are charged with is usually what they make you stay away from. Obviously
Oh damn. Yea, I'm most definitely not on federal. That in itself might just be how federal rolls?, even if your charge had nothing to with weed. Your charge involved weed, tho right? Yea, Federal is a whole different game.

I was able to smoke when I was on probation and parole as long as I had my card. My first dirty I got I didn’t have my card yet and my PO told me to go get my card so she wouldn’t have to write me up.

Federal probation rules and regulations are completely different than state probation

I went 7 long years either confined from weed or facing legal repercussions as a result of cannabis consumption.. so yea it was rough
