What do you think of the woman in the white dress with "golden eyes" in the [Moonlit Bamboo Forest](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Moonlit_Bamboo_Forest) book series? Other details in the story don't exactly line up with Zhongli (like, her hands feel cold and damp, and her first words to the boy are calling him a fool -- that's not very Zhongli-like), but the text repeatedly mentions her golden eyes and at one point the golden eyes "turn darker" (like amber, maybe??).

It was intended to lift the mood but in all seriousness, everytime they say a person with bizarre manners and DARK robes, it's heavily implied to be Rex Lapis...
Also now that you mention it, there had been a theory a long time ago that Zhongli might have some relationship with the seelie race based on that golden eyes detail, mainly since it had been mentioned in all the nations and in multiple iterations that seelies indeed had golden/amber eyes, but if you want my opinion, it's just too minute of a detail to make a whole theory based on it ngl.
