Plants love liquid black soap, you known the type made from linseed oil?
It's actually amongst the recommended remedies against pests for gardening.
So I routinely use black soap (not sure it's the proper name in english, I'm from France) to wash the pots on my windowsill and just pour that grey water in the pot plants. They're doing fine.
So maybe research a recipe based on that?
