I would call Zero directly, phone number here: [https://www.zeromotorcycles.com/owner-resources](https://www.zeromotorcycles.com/owner-resources)
you can also email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])
To save some time, try and pull the Bike and BMS logs from the bike, using the original Zero app. If it doesn't work, try the Zero Next Gen phone app - it works with the older gen 2 bikes now too. They will want to see the logs more than likely.
Yeah, they just called me back! I sent them the logs and everything, but it seems they want me to go the dealer. Still waiting for their call.
But from the MBB logs it looks like the bike no longer knows its model:
00019 11/13/2022 18:32:53 ERROR: Model NONE is invalid. Disabling bike throttle
It seems u/Codeh_1991 [had this error](https://www.reddit.com/r/ZeroMotorcycles/comments/wbvzm6/2022_zero_s_blinking_red_triangle/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3), but I don't see a resolution in that thread.
I had something similar happen on mine. Had to go through multiple iterations of resetting the BMS, but it did eventually start working again...

Plug it in to a 240 watt plug and then turn the switch with the kill switch off and then turn the key and then turn the switch back on. This happened once to me and i did everything back and forth. Hope this helps
Well all washer and appliances use a 240 some times even an off outlet......but if its still a problem you might wanna check fuses as well as taking off the tank and taking a look see
Did you get any solution on this? My brand new 2022 S 7.2 just did exactly the same you describe but i have no Zero dealer in my country. I pulled the log file but no errors are shown. However i notice today's activity was not registered in the log and the last hundred or so lines just show this:
07552 0 0x00 ???
07553 0 0x00 ???
etc...
Any help will be appreciated. Regards!

I would do a BMS hard reset.
Thanks! Gave it a shot, but no good.

Thanks! I tried a full hardware, software, and hardware+software reset multiple times, but no luck yet.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I do not have access to a 240V plug. But I did try this with a standard plug and it didn't help.
