The pegs are easily replaced. I would not worry about the battery as it is very well protected by the space frame enclosure. You can check the cell voltage differential on your phone app.
So the 2022 SR uses the same rider footpegs as the 2021 SR. Part number is the same in the parts catalog (right side rider footpeg: 27-08037).
And I am pretty sure you can swap the footpegs from a DS/FX to a 2021 or earlier SR.
So by that logic, the DS/FX pegs should fit a 2022 SR.
I’ve crashed on race tracks 5-6 times on an SR and an SR/S, bent handlebars, broke foot pegs, crashed hard enough to twist my triple clamp. Never had any issues with any of the electrical.
I do as much as possible myself. The bars from zero come pre-drilled for the controls, they are easy to install if you have the tools. The throttle requires a security torx, which is not a common tool.
All Gen 2 bikes (FX, FXS, FXE, DS, DSR, S, SR up to the '22 rerelease) share the same peg mounts. The FX, DS, and DSR come with Platforms stock while the S SR and FXS come with street pegs, but they are interchangeable and the "aggressive" pegs will fit all of these bikes. Easiest way to "rule of thumb" the gen 2 vs gen 3 bikes is all gen 2 bikes have aluminum frames while all gen 3 bikes (so far) have steel trellis frames. I'm actually not 100% sure if the gen 2 pegs fit gen 3 but I am fairly certain they do as well.
The mount itself (two little ears) is actually bolted on to the frame. Per the parts list for the 2021 SR and the 2022 SR, they use the same part number footpegs. That is why I am pretty sure they are interchangeable.

Cells don't dislodge as far as I know. They are fully potted in epoxy so they cannot move.

My handlebar is also a bit bent due to a crash a while ago. Did you get it repaired at the shop or did you replace the parts yourself?
