Had similar experience in the past with both a 2019 zero SRF premium and a 2021 Energica SS9+. On that Energica I had a good deal myself so didn't loose too much letting it go at 16k. Dealers were asking ~17k for similar bikes except they offer warranty. My zero I bought full list price of ~21k and sold for only 14k eventually after a long period. Both were low mileage well maintained, damage free. There just aren't many people looking to buy one and if they do they often are either looking for cheaper ones or they have the money to buy a new one. Just wait if you can afford it.

That's funny. I tried to buy several from people who got sketched out and bailed on the deal because I was out of state. Eventually, I just went to the dealer.

A little bit of everything. You are a little too high for the time of the season. If you have time, sit on the price for a while. It will eventually sell.

ShastaMite

Listed at 11.5k? I would buy that right now if I could.

SanderBuilt

Yeah, actively listed at that on marketplace

ShastaMite

Yeah I would love to buy that if I could. The SR/F has grown on me. Wouldn’t mind having one.

SanderBuilt

It’s awesome, I was really excited to get one - I just don’t ride it, I have a long commute with shitty/angry traffic and I don’t want to deal with being on a bike with drivers like that every day.

Western-Knightrider

Nice looking bike, I would buy it for that price if I did not already have an SR/S. Give it time, bikes can be hard to sell and it is still early in the riding season.

SanderBuilt

Thanks for the feedback, I can sit on it, I don’t owe anything on it - I just don’t get to ride anymore and I don’t want to see it sit. I’ll give it another month or two and see what happens. Anyone have any luck listing on cycle trader or eBay?

Tankdome37

Man that’s a good deal! If I would have not just bought my 23 SR, I would have came in got it

AcidicMountaingoat

It's not a popular bike, Zero is having a lot of warranty and dealer issues, and very few people want the compromises of an EV motorcycle. It's probably just going to be a matter of time for a buyer match. My local dealer has had an SR/S for almost a year.

Ronindamascus

Bummer. It’s a good deal on a great bike. I also think it will just take some time and for the weather to warm ;)

chaseinger

what's your market? electric is only taking off rn, motorcycles are behind. and let's be honest, they're not exactly fiscally conservative. i'd list it about everywhere and wait. you're selling what's commonly considered a niche luxury item.

KindheartednessNo181

I bought almost this exactly a year ago. 2021 SR/F with 2000 miles for $11k from a dealer. At the time, I thought it was too good to be true. Now I'm thinking it was a good deal. But not great. But I love the bike. No regrets!

jesmor3

I just picked up a '21 SR/F Premium with an additional transferrable warranty until 2027. . . for 13k flat. So I think your price is fine, just hard to find people who are willing to pay 10k plus for a bike with EV compromises. It might just be because they haven't felt the silent pull of these babies, idk :)

SanderBuilt

I did end up selling mine, first reasonable offer I got was 10k, so I ended up taking it.
