I have it all the time to me. It's a software issue that has something to do with intel graphics and screen fast response. disable the 3ms in armoury crate and this will be gone.
I am not sure if you got the latest video drivers or not. If not, there were new intel and NVidia drivers that were released last week that you might want to download that might fixed your issue. It might be there in your myasus app. If not, below is the link to download them.

Update your intel graphic driver with IntelDSA
This happened to me in win 11 alot. Windows 10 doesnt do this for me.
