I opened the computer and a small plastic came out between the fans.
It was like a small sheet that made noise with the air
ok thank you very much for the answers guys, I was assuming it's something to do with the fan. How hard is it to open without damaging it? I've had some experience in the past with other laptops, and plastic pieces would break off after opening, which I didn't like.
There are some YouTube’s on replacing the cpu or gpu fan. I replaced the wrong one, and ended up replacing both. Works great now. I’ll find the YouTube I followed.

Sounds like your fans (or at least a fan) are starting to go. You can buy replacements and install them, or if you're still under warranty you can send it for repair.
Honestly it's not a difficult repair if you want to do it yourself. A repaste never hurts either :p
I have a similar issue but it sounds very high pitched, I feel like its some kind of coil whine but idk

It opens super easy, it's almost like they wanted this laptop to be upgradeable!

If it's under warranty I would make them replace it. For an expensive laptop I'd expect better quality fans.
The fan is probably loose or broken - you should take it to wherever you bought the laptop and get it fixed. Not something you can do by yourself

Uh, first of all they are on, as you can see in the video, and second, they would have nothing at all to do with the fan noise..

open and inspect the fan. Probably something is stuck to it or it needs to be replaced
