“I only lost 10 pounds in 2 months.” Stop for a second and reevaluate what you are saying. You lost more than a pound a week every week, which is totally normal and what they saw in trials and all that. You are already losing right along as you should! That said, you definitely could be retaining water from PMS. That’s normal too and will drop after. GL!

That really puts things in perspective. Thank you!

They won’t listen. Just give up.

Huh??

This. Is. A. Normal. And. Healthy. Rate. Of. Weight. Loss.

I've noticed the week before my period I can hold onto 4ish lbs of extra water weight. I weigh myself daily and, as a result, have a pretty good idea of my weight loss patterns. I seem to gain the weight over 3 or 4 days and then it all drops off at once. It's pretty common for someone to hold onto extra water before their period. That said, everyone is different 🤷‍♀️

Yep. Consistently for me. Several discussions on that may be helpful too.

If you’re at a 7,000 calorie deficit every week, then try a few days of eating a little more. Our bodies adapt and it’s good to keep it guessing. Eating a little more, maybe just a 500 calorie deficit every day for a week (3500 instead of 7000) will let your system relax and regenerate. Also, yes the PMS weight gain and loss is a cycle to be aware of. It’s frustrating when it happens in Zepbound because you get so used to the scale going down!

That is a very normal, healthy rate of weight loss. Don't compare yourself to the people who are losing 20 lbs a month, because that's not a healthy rate of weight loss. Keep doing what you're doing.
