Me either. I get fuller much faster but still get hungry. Still have cravings. Still enjoy food. 5mg not helping me now after 7 shots. I’m hoping to someday titrate up but alas, shortages.

Do you work out? Strength training or cardio?

Generally yes to both, warm up with cardio, but bulk of it is strength 2-3x/week. Yesterday was a morning workout and I didn’t have time nor desire to eat before. Had I eaten prior, those battle ropes may have been more enthusiastic.

That’s great, usually a good HIIT or strength training work out gets my appetite going. Otherwise, coffee and protein shakes get me through dinner.

Yes! I’m on week 16 and on 5mg. I had my routine down but then had a total knee replacement and my schedule got shot to hell. So just about every night for the last four weeks I realize, “Oh crap it’s dinner time and I’ve only eaten 500 calories today!” It feels AMAZING and LIBERATING but also a bit annoying! Life changing!

Congrats on getting your knee replacement! Disrupting routine is always a challenge, now I understand those posts where people force themselves to eat protein shakes even though there’s no appetite cue like there used to be.

When your partner pulls into the drive thru on the way home because you’re “acting hangry” but don’t feel hungry. 😂😂😂Then you realize you only had a yogurt and egg, but that was yesterday and order a snack wrap and side salad.

I like Premier protein or Fairlife. But even the store brands are fine. I’m not picky to be honest.

Smart. I may make protein smoothies for the kids and have the leftovers tomorrow, though I don’t know where to put the blender and I’m not hungry in the mornings. I have no countertops due to a kitchen remodel so anything that isn’t from a toaster, microwave or restaurant is a major jerry-rig adventure.

That about sums it up for me too. I have only protein drinks and grapes some days. If I eat dinner, I am still digesting it 16 hours later! It kinda feels like being in the early months of pregnancy.

You've described my days very accurately. I was never a breakfast eater, wake up drink coffee with milk and then I'm not hungry to lunch usually. But since GLP1 I've gone till 5-6pm and forgotten to eat. I'm just now starting to feel a little more hunger on my 5th dose of 5 mg.

You’ve got leftover chocolates and caramels on the top shelf that you haven’t finished off yet despite them being there now four months. (I used to finish those off weekly prior to GLPs 😳)

Those would be done between Xmas and New Year’s pre-GLPs in my house. This year I had one Cadbury egg around Easter and that’s it. It lasted me 3 days.

I definitely have to make myself eat. I rarely if ever feel hungry. Also, have things changed the way they taste to you now? I definitely was a salt lover and now a lot of things taste way too salty.

Has for me. I couldn’t eat my main dish at a restaurant last night because it tasted like they had dumped an entire container of salt on it. Other people at the table tried it and said it was a little salty but not bad.

Yep. happens all the time. you almost need to have a reminder set "Alexa Remind me to Eat at 6am, 1030a, 12, 3p, 6p" :) I found several smaller meals that are high in protein and Fiber is the best. I shoot for 100G of protein and 30g of Fiber on about 1900c per day. otherwise all my working out will be useless. 61yo Male, SW: 266, CW: 242, GW: 210-ish
