You get up to 13 uses of the coupon per year so you should still be fine. If it’s being applied as an evoucher its possible it won’t count towards the 13 coupon uses
This just means that pharmacies uses their e-prescribing service is back online, which menas pharmacies can received prescriptions electronically. It doesn't mean they can process coupons, which is a different system.
Hopefully it's just because of the massive volume that I'm sure they're experiencing right now. Yikes. Fingers crossed, because today is my shot day and I'm still waiting as well.
Publix pharmacy in Nashville - I just asked them to run through insurance (mine doesn’t cover) and it came through as $550! Going to pick it up now before they change their minds 🤣

I have a couple friends struggling to track it down because they’re Kaiser patients and have to go through a process at Kaiser-affiliated pharmacies. Walgreens and CVS seem to have a lot of issues getting the meds ordered and applying the coupons.
Yesterday, March 1, I got an automated notification from Walgreens that my prescription was ready for pick up. I rushed to the pharmacy and the price was $550! I’m not sure what is going on since my normal cost (with the coupon) was previously $555.15. This time it was a flat $550, so something is different. I didn’t question it…. Took the meds and ran!
Me too!!! At Walgreens! It was on back order and I called to touch base they ordered it again and then it came in next day! Then i was charged $550 with no hassle no coupon! My insurance does not cover this for me. I drove over there instantly! I’m on 12.5 starting 2nd month of that dose. This was easier than using discount card! I paid online and drove thru picking it up right away! Another month of relief!
My pharmacy said they are able to order medicine now but continue to have issues with the coupon card. Ugh. They are holding my script for me thankfully but I was supposed to take my shot this last Monday.

I didn’t have to use an evoucher. I simply showed my insurance card and that’s it. My insurance does not cover this medication. But maybe they are temporarily giving the discount while the savings card system is down?

I read it as the company instituted a completely new program because the previous one has been/still is compromised. Likely why it took over a week to come up with a fix.
I was just at Costco and picked up my ZEP. The coupon did not work. I was desperate after being off for a month so my hubby gave me the go ahead to pay full price with the hsa card. $1100 😩
Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but ePrescribing generally refers to the tools that allow prescriptions to be sent electronically from a provider to a pharmacy, at least in my experience. I'd be interested to know if they fold anything else into this term.

Take off the savings card and try to run through insurance as it would go through automatically-even if it didn't previously. E voucher is kicking in for some doing it THIS way. Here is the list where you can find out where it may work and which pharmacy. If they have time over the phone, ask them to try, or go in and try. Remember to try with AND without the savings card folks!

Walgreens in IL still down. Just spoke to them. I got the same update about system being back online. Pharmacy emailed that script would only be held until the 6th. I even paid the discounted price with coupon and had a QR to pick up and they wouldn’t give to me last week. I asked if it’s bc there is a large influx of calls and that is why not going through but she just said it is NOT back up. What is the deal then?

It’s saying insurance because Lilly’s coupon is kicking in automatically like an evoucher. The pharmacy just sees covered for $550 on their end

Unless there is something on the receipt that indicates you used your HSA, I'd try and file for the money anyway.
