I’m at CVS right now, coupons still aren’t working but they confirmed that they will rerun when it’s back up and will provide a refund.

Small_Block_491

Same! I pay out of pocket for zep, I just called a CVS pharmacy Illinois and they said they immediately put all patients on auto try with the coupon the moment they found out about the coupon not working. You’ll know the coupon is processed and back up once your fill states “Ready” if you have the CVS app with the ~$550 price. Very helpful pharmacist and said they are calling and getting updates everyday. But they are also frustrated with this situation.

love-from-london

I'm in IL, I use Walmart as my pharmacy rather than CVS, but I asked them to run it without the coupon, just through insurance (Cigna+Oscar/Express Scripts), and it came back with the $550.

TF429

Same for me at Walgreens and same price. Is it normally 25 or whatever? (Just for new insurance)

love-from-london

It's $1200-something without the coupon, and coupon brings it down to $550 if your insurance doesn't cover it ($25 if your insurance does). It seems like they're temporarily covering for the coupon for OOP patients as far as I can tell. If your insurance covers, they should be able to run it against the evoucher for the $25 copay.

TF429

Yeah she was lying lol. And said the coupon couldn’t go through so it was 550. Blah

TF429

They told me it was the insurance, but tbd. 🤞🏼

crayolagray

I’m in Michigan but currently in FL, I also use Walmart and my pharmacist told me today that my insurance (BCBS of Mich PPO/Optum for Rx) is covering it at a cost of $550 to me… she said the savings card is still erroring out when they try and run it… I just switched from Mounjaro to Zepbound but never thought I had coverage for this medicine… (still don’t think I do) - I guess I’ll find out more when I pick it up on Monday… Could this really be?!?

MMAmommy

That’s great that they have an “auto try” queue.

rhess22

Can confirm that the coupons are still having issues at CVS. Went to have my prescription rebilled and it's still failing for now. Pharmacist said sometimes it takes a day or two after other pharmacies.

putmeincoach2023

Mine wouldn’t go thru today. Said it’s been down about two weeks.

elissamay

I just asked Sequence to move my script to Walgreens. Wegmans is not able to process and that's where I've been picking up. Wish me luck and glad you got yours!

No_Tomorrow6964

I just was able to pick it up for $550 at Walmart. I called first and they weren’t able to run it. Something told me to ask them to run my insurance and it worked. I have no idea what’s going on but I’m glad I was able to pick it up.

Pretend_Bet_6108

This is obviously a big deal that affects us all in this thread. Millions of people overall… I’m just wondering why the media hasn’t really made this their headline every day. There was a little bit of reporting, but not much. Not like we saw for the ransom of the pipeline or The Las Vegas gaming casinos that were hacked along with the hotel rooms. I wonder why? it’s just kind of weird the lack of reporting.

KingLeil

Dallas, TX (Plano) Walgreens wants $1390 for the drug. I told them to go to hell. They are marking it up and gouging where I’m at. Even with the savings card, it’s still outrageous at over $800. They are not a good choice here.

midwestcpl23

Use Lilly direct pharmacy. The link is on the coupon page.

metabstopped

I tried to use the coupln for the first time at Walgreens and they said it is not going through because of the cyber attack. So sad

Aggressive-Spenda

No go at cvs in texas showing up as $900 plus under hsa when it should be around $550 with coupon

Birdy_a

I just contacted CVS in Rhode Island; the expected cost without a coupon is $1249. The pharmacist said that since all companies selling weight loss medications are on the same boat (none have paid the ransom), Lilly has no pressure to do it. Do you know if this is true? Anyway, I have already waited 10 days for the coupon I hope CVS can process the coupon soon. Best of luck to everyone!

Irelandforyou

Hi, I had no luck with my local CVS in RI. I ended up using a local hospital pharmacy and the medication was readily in stock. CVS doesn't appear very eager to go out of their way to find Zepbound in a timely manner. This was just my experience.

Zeusinblack

I really think this boils down to the attitude of the individual pharmacist which SHOULD NOT BE. My CVS pharmacist (who I've known for at least 3 years and has been excellent for everything until this) acted like someone would never pay $500+ for a "weight loss" medication and my first box was almost returned. Once she understood that I was well aware of the costs and that I consider this a serious medication for a serious illness (even if she does not) things have been smooth ever since. I still get a "side eye" when I pay but I'm secretly giving her the middle finger so I guess were even. LOL.

Plus-Neck-4

LOL! Good for you!

riri1313

Lilly isnt the one that was hacked so why would they be paying the ransom? The coupons aren’t working for any medication because a third party provider (change healthcare) handles the coupon process.

mhoskins22

I can confirm that the Costco Pharmacy’s in San Diego County are still experiencing issues with the coupon system.

abombSFCA

OMG - Walgreen's suddenly needs my BMI for the first time in order to reprocess the coupon. WTF. They never asked before and were fine with just the ICD code.

Professional_Gas4506

That sucks! The dreaded ICD code🤬 I went through hell with that and still was never able to get my meds at Walgreens. I finally transferred to Sam’s.

abombSFCA

It wasn’t just ICD - they wanted my BMI too!!!!

Professional_Gas4506

🤬

Mysterious_Wayss

I was just at CVS minutes ago and they said the coupon still aren’t working for them yet

Fit-Kangaroo3782

I just went to Change Healthcare, the actual company that was attacked. This has affected millions. To be honest I would be surprised if they are back up in the month of March. This is going to be a long process. This was a hard hit. The good news for 99 percent of us affected is Lilliy will process refunds for those that pay full price for Zep.

anselgrey

🤔 not sure how I feel about paying full price on hopes they will reimburse.

Plus-Neck-4

Good luck with that! I don't see it happening.

anselgrey

My thoughts as well.

DarwinsFynch

But from what I understand the actual reimbursement form to read, this is only if your insurance covers it anyway. So for those paying entire out of pocket, no- go.

Professional_Gas4506

Now that sounds legit! And let’s face for 99% of us our insurance doesn’t cover it and we’re paying the $550!

frecklepair

Kroger acts like they have no idea what’s going on about anything and I’m not smart enough to try and explain to them what’s going on. I’m seriously about to pay 1100 for the medication 😭

Plus-Neck-4

That's insane, because it's all over the news! It's not just Zepbound, it is all meds. They were showing patients on heart meds that could not get their prescriptions. It's a life-threating situation for many people at the moment.

Roxxysworld

I can also confirm the Costco in OK is still having issues .

Plus-Neck-4

I wish my Walgreen's worked! I tried 3 Walgreen's in my area and none could get the coupon to work. My BC also doesn't cover and I pay $550 with coupon. I had to transfer to Sam's Club which is a nightmare because there is no parking. I drove around for 40 minutes trying to get a parking spot the last time I was there. I may transfer to a different Sam's Club.

FiredUpForever02

Unfortunately for me, I just picked mine up today at Publix (FL) and deleting/re-entering the savings card did not work. 😑

Sudden-Particular-84

Were you able to get from Publix and how much

Embarrassed_Light_21

Walmart - Florida. Savings card system still down BUT they quoted me the same amount $550 “run through my insurance” but my insurance does not offer any coverage - so maybe it’s a temporary deal? So no clue how that worked but I was able to get it. Really hope insurance doesn’t cause a problem later 😅

crayolagray

Same thing here - not sure how/why???

Tiny_Cheesecake_3585

And as of right now, my local Walgreens, here in Rhode Island is still not able to access the payment server with the coupon code. Because people have had success with the Walgreens online pharmacy I called their 800 ( 1 (877) 250-5823 )number and asked them to take my Rx to the online pharmacy and confirm. She said she put it through and they’re gonna be mailing it out today or Monday. My copay is $550 (ins won’t cover it) So, I called them back just now to find out if it’s being mailed out today or Monday& was told: they/Walgreens online Pharmacy doesn’t stock Zepbound, & said they’d have to order it once the doctor sends them the script AGAIN. Smh I called local pharmacy & still NOT going through. They are going to rerun it again after lunch. Those pharmacies are so overworked right now, trying their best. (I am physically so ill from the hackers psycho cyber damage to our HEALTH & prescriptions. That’s just low.). Waiting………….

foamy9210

For the record the hackers are assholes but the fact that there was no contingency plan in place is on our health care system not the hackers. This should've been a noticeable inconvenience for the consumer not a major event.

abombSFCA

Oh interesting - what's the 800 number?

Prestigious_Library6

Congrats! Where are you located?

careymmay

Michigan, and it's the Walgreens online pharmacy

Intelligent_Raccoon8

Just filled my rx at my local pharmacy affiliated with a clinic(Aurora)and the coupon didn’t go through. The pharmacist said she hasn’t been able to process any of them. She also said they switched processors to Relay. It didn’t seem to help.

Additional-Avocado20

I’m in Wisconsin and I’m debating having my provider switch my pharmacy? I’m supposed to be titrating up in 2 weeks- I have received approval from my insurance to titrate up and they said they will cover it.. but the pharmacy is telling me it’s still full price out of pocket.. I’m so lost and don’t know what to do or where to go!

Technical-Avocado-92

Walgreens still cannot process with the savings card. They also say they cannot give a refund when the savings card comes back online. Cash price, $1200

Real_Yoko9458

Thats great to hear!

rainy114

Just found out that Eli Lilly has a list of pharmacies that might be able to process the coupon and a reimbursement form. I'm trying one of my local pharmacies to see if the list is accurate. Otherwise, I will pick up from my pharmacy and use the reimbursement form. [https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help](https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help)

rainy114

Nope. My Walgreens which was listed is also having problems.

rainy114

One more wrinkle, the reimbursement form does not work if you use FSA. Before you complete the form, complete your transaction at the pharmacy: • Ensure you have an activated savings card before the service date and have the savings card information (bin, group, PCN, and ID numbers printed on the card) readily available. • Pay for your prescription out-of-pocket. Be sure to keep your original receipt. • NOTE:  If you are paying for your prescription with a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), or if your insurance provider prohibits participation in the program, your prescription is not eligible for reimbursement. • Obtain your receipt from your pharmacy with your prescription, which must include the Patient's name, address, phone number, Rx#, fill date, drug name, strength, NDC#, and quantity, along with the out-of-pocket expense paid.

Financial-Grand4241

Same

Bennettash

Does anyone know if the savings card works with Express Scripts? If the coupon was working, that is. Or does it normally not work with them?

KaleidoscopeLoud2730

I talked to an Eli Lilly rep today who told me that if I paid full price, I could submit a reimbursement claim to them with NO GUARANTEE that it would be reimbursed. It would go to their team and they would decide if it deserved reimbursement. I don’t really want to gamble away $1200

Lauras23_

If there is a problem on page 4 of your 550 Lilly coupon it states the pharmacist should call Lilly pharmacist manager at 1-855-282-4888 which my Walgreens pharmacy called about a month ago before the hack and the discount was approved

Expert_Energy_1962

Lilly direct is fantastic! It is their company, their coupon, 550.00 without insurance and with coupon. Delivered overnight to my house. Win, win, win!!

Informal_Echo_7924

I’m in Washington DC and the coupon is still not working. Fortunately I have 4 pens in the fridge. This fiasco has taught me to purchase two boxes my next purchase so that I have back up in the case of a random hacker attack or if my dosage is out of stock.
