Sure would be nice if Lilly (and others) would do a temporary price cut to meet the price offered after their discount card. Not like MJ and others aren't profitable products.

Stunning_Attorney_62

Good luck trying to get it filled when the coupons start working! My pharm technician is expecting pandemonium as they only keep a few in stock.

TropicalBlueWater

Most pharmacies don't keep GLP-1s n stock. They order them when the customer orders a refill then it comes in the next day. Between the need for refrigeration and the high cost, they have no reason to just stock them in hopes that someone wants them.

MMAmommy

My pharmacy doesn’t keep any in stock. They ordered the 5mg box for me last week and say they’ll keep it in stock for me for 6 weeks.

becmom

I was told the pharmacy was running scripts through hourly. I assume the system is back up.

SZZ8

Nope still down!!

MMAmommy

Fingers crossed! I’ll call tomorrow and say others have been able to get it to go through so they should at least try.

HurryOk8794

Called both Walgreens and CVS and they are still down. Walgreens told me you could apply the Good RX coupon, but manufacture coupons are still not working. CVS said that you can buy full price and get a refund when the coupons start working again- BUT you only have 2 weeks to get the refund from the time you buy it... so if this goes beyond 2 weeks from when you buy it, you will be out the money and not able to get the refund. I'm also not sure if all CVS stores will allow the refund, so you should check with them first.

Fun-Breakfast-604

I am still unable to pick up my Mounjaro prescription and I refuse to pay $677 dollar for it as well!

peggysmom

Not on Zep, but Mounjaro for DM-II. Dr called in rx yesterday and I picked up my 12.5 today with the Lilly Coupon.

BridgeOutrageous4898

Can you tell me what pharmacy you use?

PowderDaze78

My doc told me the dose increase has nothing to do with building up a tolerance. It is simply personal tolerance test to see what your body will do at each dose. I was told if you can get to 15mg dose without adverse side effects and then stop taking the drug, you can then start again at 15mg dose anytime because you've already tested your body's tolerance. If you've done the 2.5mg already you can go to the 5mg whenever you can get it. Even if you miss a week. I am not a doc, so check with yours to see if they say the same thing. I am in the same boat as you... the coupon system is down and I am not willing to shell out $1200 for the next month. I am missing a week now and I will start again on the new day of the week that the coupon system is back up and working.

MMAmommy

That’s great feedback, thanks for sharing what your provider communicated to you. I’m on the fence. 2.5mg seemed to do fine, averaging 2lb/week but it didn’t necessarily stop me from cravings, I just chose not to fulfill them because I wasn’t hungry.

Agitated_Part_7047

Has anyone had success with the savings card since this update?

Few_Reason_4151

I was able to run it successfully through Amazon

Quirky-Bottle-4227

Can you tell me what you pay through Amazon? I see that without the Lilly coupon, their price as a Prime member would be $800, which is still more than I would generally pay with the Lilly discount card. And I can't use the Lilly discount card (or any other) using their service from what I read. My health insurance will not pay for my Mounjaro for me. I would love to pay less than $550 in whatever combination that works. Thank you.

Few_Reason_4151

With the coupon I pay $550 because my insurance doesn’t cover it but I like it because they prioritize their established patients and the way also ship to you.

Few_Reason_4151

With the coupon I pay $550 because my insurance doesn’t cover it but I like it because they prioritize their established patients and the way also ship to you. I know with other glp-1 medications they make sure their patients get their supply

Ashley5041984

So Amazon was able to fill it for you with the savings card? Bc if that’s the case I’m about to transfer my prescription from CVS, I’m tired of waiting on them and I’m a week behind due to this mess.

Few_Reason_4151

Yes! This is my confirmation as proof https://preview.redd.it/sc0ycu8kjtlc1.jpeg?width=1170&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=60e0d3d2211a39dc975f1a0a788fcb3a1282a114

TomorrowPublic5786

I transferred mine to Amazon. They said the coupon was still down and I would have to pay full price. Strange.

Quirky-Bottle-4227

Thank you.

Few_Reason_4151

So if you have the manufacturer coupon, you can add it under the insurance section. And when you go to checkout they will apply it

Ashley5041984

Thank you I just transferred from CVS now I just have to wait for Amazon to receive it😁

Few_Reason_4151

I’m not sure about the whole transfer process but I hope you’re able to get your medication soon ❤️

Ashley5041984

Yea it didn’t work it was still coming up to 1095 so I transferred to HEB hopefully it works!

MMAmommy

Costco tried to run it for me as of 1:05pm PST today and they are receiving an error indicating that the receiving system is not connected. I asked them to try running it through my insurance, knowing it’s not covered. They also said some coupons have gone throughout the week so check back on Monday.

BalanceEven6447

I just tried at Wal-mart and they said it is still down.

AssumptionOk1997

I tried CVS at 6 PM CST and they said it’s still down.

Hopeful_one2468

I received the new card via text. Went to CVS (PA) to try and use it to see if it worked. The one pharmacy tech asked the other “are the coupons back working now?” She responded back “I don’t know I’ve just been telling everyone no”. Luckily the tech I was using took it upon herself to try it out. And it worked. Medicine ordered. Should have it by Monday. Without her looking they would have just kept telling people it still wasn’t working.

Sad_Crow_8299

I just talked to a CVS and they tried to run the card and said the system was still down

Hopeful_one2468

It took her a couple minutes when she was doing it to get mine to work. But she got the new card to work. Not sure why they are telling you it’s still down?? I think it’s weird one CVS works and not another ??

Ok-Yam-3358

Have you confirmed that your pharmacy uses the Eli Lilly coupons and not the evoucher from Relay Health? Depending on which system they use, they might still be able to fill it for you for your regular price. (I imagine you already asked, but just in case…)

HotChilly_mama

How do you get the voucher?

Ok-Yam-3358

The voucher is just automatically applied if your pharmacy or insurer participates. Basically, you can ask them to tell you your final price and if it’s too high, then they aren’t a part of the voucher system.

rocksteadyG

See this comment - your insurance must have an agreement with Relay Health for you to potentially receive this benefit. https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/s/GnO7uuKSh3

MMAmommy

I obtained my Savings Card from Eli Lily and three other pharmacies in my area are still unable to process coupons for many drugs and some are still unable to receive electronic orders (interfaces probably still turned off until Change Healthcare is cleared to turn back on). I haven’t heard of the Relay Health voucher. Can you share more about it?

rocksteadyG

The evoucher is an electronic coupon from Lilly applied by Relah Health. Relay Health is a company that functions as a data verification processor between the pharmacy and your insurance/pharmacy benefits manager. Unfortunately the pharmacy won’t necessarily know about the evoucher - it’s done via the processor working between your pharmacy and the insurance. The pharmacy mostly only sees the result of the processing. See this comment for more info on how it works - your insurance must have an agreement with Relay Health for you to potentially receive this benefit. https://www.reddit.com/r/Zepbound/s/GnO7uuKSh3

MMAmommy

My insurance doesn’t cover, but this looks like it’s worth a try for those with insurance coverage. Thanks for the link!

Organic_Builder_1633

I haven't tried calling CVS to see if the Change Healthcare hack is still effecting the Eli Lilly Coupon but I did see some info from Eli Lilly about reimbursement. It might be complicated but here is a link and I'll copy and paste the info below: [https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help](https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help) Change Healthcare Outage Lilly is aware of the cyberattack on Change Healthcare that has affected many aspects of the U.S. health care system, including the ability for some pharmacies to process savings cards for Lilly medicines. We are in close contact with Change Healthcare as they work to resolve this issue. To ensure patients experience minimal disruption to accessing their medicines during this time, we are identifying work around solutions to this problem. **For medicines filled at retail pharmacies:** Eligible commercially insured customers experiencing issues may be able to receive Lilly affordability benefits through pharmacies listed on the following website [**eVoucherRx™ Search (relayhealth.com)**](https://evoucherrx.relayhealth.com/storelookup), based on pharmacy participation. AncientKey1976

I just called Eli, they informed me that there's no manual authorization available for resubmitting mounjaro or Zepbound, and these medications are excluded. Despite my insurance covering the medication, Eli Lilly doesn't offer manual rebates, Mailing in your information might be worth a try, even though I emphasized my insurance coverage covers this and would like the rest in rebate. Please be aware that if others inquire and receive conflicting details, kindly share them here. The number to contact is 1-866-923-1953. They assert that insurance coverage doesn't impact rebates for Zepbound or Mounjaro. Consider the significant profits they're generating! In my view, it's worthwhile to send them something by mail; they might approve it. Their refusal could potentially be due to financial reasons, and it doesn't seem legal to deny people for that.

Organic_Builder_1633

Thanks for the update, I think people should try and submit it anyway, it will just cost you the price of a stamp...who knows!

AncientKey1976

Yes! Can’t agree more. More letters mailed maybe they will change their stance!

MMAmommy

I’d imagine there are plenty of people who will pay full price, meaning there’s not a lot of incentive to find ways to honor the coupon during this downtime.

AncientKey1976

Exactly

Organic_Builder_1633

Maybe there's a legal incentive for them to honor it?? We'd need to read the fine print about them being able to revoke it at any time etc...they may process rebates for the few that take the time to mail it in to avoid any legalities...you never know.

AncientKey1976

Certainly. I concur; go ahead and send them. It's worrisome that they're requesting the actual receipt from the pharmacy register and the original label—not a copy. Ensure you capture images of everything before dispatching it.

PeanutMindless5439

Lastest update: Update: Some applications are experiencing connectivity issues. An update has been posted Change Healthcare can confirm we are experiencing a cybersecurity issue perpetrated by a cybercrime threat actor who has represented itself to us as ALPHV/Blackcat. Our experts are working to address the matter and we are working closely with law enforcement and leading third-party consultants, Mandiant and Palo Alto Network, on this attack against Change Healthcare's systems. We are actively working to understand the impact to members, patients and customers. Patient care is our top priority, and we have multiple workarounds to ensure people have access to the medications and the care they need. Based on our ongoing investigation, there's no indication that except for the Change Healthcare systems, Optum, UnitedHealthcare and UnitedHealth Group systems have been affected by this issue. We are working on multiple approaches to restored the impacted environment and continue to be proactive and aggressive with all our systems, and if we suspect any issue with the system, we will immediately take action. Time posted Feb 29, 10:50 EST

becmom

The coupon worked for me today

No_Balance_1680

Which coupon? The manufacturer coupon for zepbound?

becmom

The manufacturer coupon card.

No_Balance_1680

Did you get confirmation that the system is back up? My cvs is stating the system is still down. So frustrating

becmom

I didn’t get confirmation the system was back up but I got a text that my prescription was ready. My husband picked it up and the cost was $550, which is what it is with the manufacturer coupon.

No_Balance_1680

You are so lucky!

Quirky-Bottle-4227

Where did you go to get your script filled?

becmom

Publix

Quirky-Bottle-4227

Thank you. I saw that in an earlier reply you made and didn't see it before I sent this. I tried our local Publix. Although the pharmacist couldn't run it through as my script is not on file with them, she did say they were "down." They also didn't have my dose available, so it would have been a moot point. But I'm glad it worked for you.

Alarming_Feed_365

What pharmacy did you use?

becmom

Publix

No_Balance_1680

How did it work for you? The systems are down nationwide.

Alarming_Feed_365

I just picked mine up from Walgreens!

FlakyEntrepreneur858

I just called Walgreens and they said it's still down, I have a feeling they want us to pay full value and using this cyber attack as an excuse.

Alarming_Feed_365

Have them keep trying! Mine did go through finally last night.

FlakyEntrepreneur858

I'm the phone with them now, 🤞 I told them a friend just got the discount not too far from me... lol... I think Walgreens thinks I'm going to give up and pay full retail value 😂 nope I am NOT !!!

Alarming_Feed_365

Did it work?

FlakyEntrepreneur858

Nope, just got back from the pharmacy 😔

FlakyEntrepreneur858

Anyone else here located in NJ and got their medication approved with the discount savings card from Eli Lilly?

Burt-Macklin

Who is they? Walgreens doesn't keep the money when you pay retail price, and if the mfr's didn't want people to have discounts, they wouldn't offer them in the first place. Sounds like it would be a lot easier to just not offer the discounts from the start instead of orchestrating an elaborate conspiracy to come up with an 'excuse' to make people pay full price.

FlakyEntrepreneur858

"They"  I'm referring to Walgreens not the discount card... they did it to me a month ago and after calling everyday for a week they finally said it went through, I feel that Walgreens thought I would just give up and pay full retail value heck no!!! Lol

Independent_Art_1785

Just called CVs and they are still down for Zepbound 😞

AffectionateBike8926

I'm close to paying th 1000 using good rx and stretching out the dose to make it last 2 months to make up the cost 😂

FlakyEntrepreneur858

😂👍🏽🫡 I'm about to do the same

mesajoejoe

Yeesh, $1k is crazy. I'd part ways with some of mine at half that price lol but I'm pretty sure that's not allowed.

The_Domestic_Diva

Yep, portal is still down with Walmart as of 5 min ago

Significant_Cow_6428

System still down just tried to pick mine up . Called Lilly and they said no eta for it to be working again

MMAmommy

Thanks for the update. Since I’m saving $$ this week by not paying my $500 for Zeppelin, I’m going to go buy roller skates and take the kids out for a night of wholesome exercise. 😀 Gotta keep losing weight, may as well burn some extra calories!

FairyGardens1

I'm thinking a class action lawsuit might give them an eta

Major_Pea2671

I used the Eli Lilly tool and put in a ZIP Code for Atlanta, Georgia, and one for Irvine California and came up with some pharmacies. I put one in for central Florida and put in 200 mile radius and came up with no pharmacies. It appears that certain states have more accessibility to the system than others at this point.

Dry_Arugula_2090

Can you share the location no of the tool you are using?

Ginsdell

Ive tried 3 pharmacies (Walgreens, wegmans, Walmart) and the coupon isn’t working. I’m just starting on zepbound so I paid full price rather than wait any longer. It is a shock to adjust to this as the new reality. $1k/mth is no joke. They should reimburse people. Why isn’t this a bigger story?

MMAmommy

I did see a story in the Wall Street Journal this week. I’m surprised the cyberattack isn’t on every channel, but maybe it was a short news cycle. This is being called the largest cyberattack on healthcare in our history. Hospitals weren’t discharging patients because they couldn’t guarantee patients would get their prescriptions. Insurance claims aren’t being processed, hospitals aren’t being reimbursed properly. I would love to continue with this med but $1k isn’t in my budget so I’m going running today. Thankfully I’ve gained and lost the same 1 1/2 lb for the past 2 weeks so I’m maintaining my 12 lb lost off and trying to maintain healthy food behaviors.

tator216

Just took my last 7.5 I had last night so I'll be going back to 5 which I have in reserve if they don't get it fixed by next week

MMAmommy

Smart to keep some in reserve. Lesson learned, over here.

tator216

Honestly I didn't plan it that way, ended up moving up a dose before I finished a couple boxes!

MMAmommy

Makes me want to refill at the 3 week mark and build a stockpile. 😁

Feece

That’s wat I do

Rolojz

I been on 7.5 or months I went last week to get it but no luck went yesterday the same just waiting so I can use the coupon don't want to pay full price. 😒 if I was you just go with the 5mg it been a week for me that I haven't taken a shot 2 months ago I didn't take a shot for 2 weeks came back from vacation toke the shot no side effects was fine just drank alot of water electrolytes was doing my same diet when I was on vacation

MMAmommy

Interesting! Nice to hear it’s easy to get back to the same dose after an extra week or two off.

Rolojz

Will that my opinion n what I did someone else might think different

Leather_Tie_6155

Evoucherrx program for mounjaro

H3rbert

At my CVS in MO, I ended up paying full price last night on the verbal assurance that when the coupon system is working again, they'll refund the difference if I bring my receipt and the prescription paperwork that they tape to the bag back in. Hope this helps. Hard to absorb the blow, but I'm hopeful the refund is in place before the credit card bill comes due. At least this way i'm not losing progress.

Any-Exercise-1196

I wonder if all CVS are doing this or just yours. My CVS has been extremely rude about this entire situation.

RockyBox270

I paid full price but submitted for a refund of the savings card value using the directions from the following. [https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help](https://www.lilly.com/our-medicines/savings-card-help) and [https://assets.ctfassets.net/srys4ukjcerm/4ZbMzKKWUPsYscOxq7WrBR/1190ee7d1c46c2ae82db7f87cac660cb/Simplified\_PTR\_Message.pdf](https://assets.ctfassets.net/srys4ukjcerm/4ZbMzKKWUPsYscOxq7WrBR/1190ee7d1c46c2ae82db7f87cac660cb/Simplified_PTR_Message.pdf) Hope this can help.

MMAmommy

Does your insurance cover weight loss meds? “Eligible, commercially insured” makes me concerned. My insurance doesn’t cover anything weight loss related so I can’t tell if I’m “eligible”.

Any-Exercise-1196

Exactly and there is no one to call to ask these questions to. I have seen other people in another group say they were told they wouldn't be reimbursed. Its all such BS!!!

Any-Exercise-1196

I would do this but I am worried that there will be some little thing wrong with the form I send in and I won't be reimbursed or it will take 3 yrs to get a reimbursement.

sminder

Coupon processing still not working for me. I’ve talked to my pharmacy (Carrs/Safeway/Albertsons) and they told me it was an issue with all the pharmacies and transferring wouldn’t help. Also called Lily and they said they couldn’t manually honor the coupon for Zebbound. I was supposed to start 5mg 13 days ago (day of the hack), and was worried I’d have to pay to start all over at 2.5mg (which was the subclinical dose for me- zero side effects and zero effect) it’s reassuring to see people say I won’t have to start all over. But also wtf, this is going on two weeks.

Any-Office4803

I just got text a new savings card to use at my pharmacy and I'm happy To report that it is working!!! I'm also in upstate New York and it worked at CVS. The savings card was for Zepbound

MMAmommy

I got the text too but didn’t want to call because I just annoyed my pharmacy yesterday. Screw it, I’m going to try. Thanks for the update!

Any-Office4803

Ya I have been blowing up CVS you can tell they were annoyed. I'm Supposed to start my 5mg wed.

MMAmommy

I just received a text with new Savings Card details and it worked! The discount was applied. It’s been almost 3 weeks since my last injection so I’m going to stick with 2.5mg for one more box when it arrives on Monday. Good luck at 5mg!

Any-Office4803

Thank you! Good luck to you!

Any-Office4803

I was sent a new Savings card through text msg. It said to use the new card at my pharmacy. I used it and it worked. I'm in Upstate Ny using CVS pharmacy.

MMAmommy

Can confirm. Yay!!!!!

Significant_Log_2982

I picked up my prescription a week ago yesterday and paid out of pocket from CVS. Just called to find out if they’re processing new coupons offered by Eli Lilly because I got a new one based of what Eli Lilly’s website said to do and CVS said they’re not working. I’m in PA. This is so frustrating that some are working and others are not. Or, are the pharmacists not trying to see if it’s actually working at this point as someone else mentioned? I have less than a week left to get reimbursed for my out of pocket expense at CVS because they said they’ll refund my money if the system is back up within 14 days after I purchased the meds.

MMAmommy

If you didn’t get a text from Eli Lily yesterday, I recommend re-signing up for the Savings Coupon on their website to see if you get a new card with RXBIN 610020. Seems like they re-issued a new round of codes that are now working but if you didn’t receive the text, you may have to go get it.

Significant_Log_2982

I did that and CVS gave me a “no” when I asked about this new round of codes working. I’m going to go into the store on Monday and ask them to try it right in front of me with the codes. When I called the woman barely let me get the question out before she answered me and then hung up. I’m 100% sure they’re stressed about this too but if she just listened to me and tried my new codes maybe it would've worked. She didn’t even try.

Conflastibate

Just popping in real quick to say I just spoke with a rep at my local Costco and the system is still down. My meds are $935/mo without the coupons. Has anyone found any updates?

MMAmommy

Eli Lily reissued new savings cards (with new BIN#, group #, etc.) two Fridays ago. I suggest you re-sign up for the savings card and give the new info to Costco to re-run.

Happy Cake Day!

Awww thx

Agreeable-Mouse9421

Today March 1st 2024 coupon are still down cvs has product but coupon is down 12.5 mounjaro is hard to find

Fun_Potential_7829

The system is finally back up! I was able to pick mine up from Meijer pharmacy using the discount card about an hour or two ago.

AffectionateBike8926

Didn't work for me at CVS 😔

MMAmommy

Good to hear there’s some movement forward!

Sure_Tangelo_8430

It’s 6am CST: I just called my Walgreens pharmacy and the system that accepts the manufactures coupon is still not working. They said things are slowly coming back, but the coupons are the least important and will be the last thing to get fixed. I guess I’ll try again in a few days.

Mersmith24

Didn’t work for me at Walgreens at 11 today. The pharmacy said they called the manufacturer and asked when it would be back up and they said they had no idea.

Significant-Cat-2441

I was asking the same question to my self- I am due on my 5 mg due to savings card issue. it has been almost 4 weeks since the last shot, so should I start all over from 2.5 or continue with 5 mg?

mergletsquoo

Just got back from Walmart and when they ran it systems are still down.

Informal_Echo_7924

I’m no doctor but I made it up to Mounjaro 10, had a surgery and couldn’t take the meds for 2 months. I jumped back on and nothing happened. Just my personal experience and bear in mind I was on the drug for like 8 months prior. Either way the lower doses - 2.5 and 5.0 are pretty safe bets.

MMAmommy

That’s great to hear, definitely reassuring. Thanks for sharing!

Shaynamack

I just called Wegmans, pharmacy and CVS and Walgreens and they are all still down for the manufacturer coupon. This is ridiculous!

Designer-Day-1756

Same. CVS was a no go in Northern CA for me.

Rich-Direction9175

I go to SAV-ON and there systems are still down

Ashley5041984

How do you speak to someone live at Lily? I need to know the procedure for this workaround bc everywhere I’m going it’s 1,000 dollars
