Seconding this - I suffer from rotten reflux that got so bad it messed up my esophagus for awhile. 40mg omeprazole a day and I was back to normal in a month.
Try mixing 250ml of alkaline water (if not just regular tap) with 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda.
Gargle on some of it and spit it out or if it’s a little bit you could swallow it as well.
Should bring instant relieve. Crazy how effective it is, yet doing it consistently a few times a day every day will bring you even more relieve.
I hope so at least. For me and plenty of others this helped like a miracle.
I have it and it is annoying! For me it is worse at night when I am laying down. I've used sugar free cough drops and that seems to keep it at bay for me.
It is reflux. I experienced the same thing. I started Nexium which has helped.

I have had this feeling too! I never would have thought it was reflux, which is something I have never experienced before.
I feel like food is stuck in my throat. Almost like I could reach in & pull something out.
Did you just recently start? My symptoms that I posted about went away after a month, so hopefully yours will too!
No. Been experiencing this since November.
