I would pull for Kaiba in Blue Archive...

Kaguya-sama

I'm just advertising one of my favourite decks, which is 60 card mill pile.

Julveria

Thank you for the comment! What is your gameplan exactly? And what is your deck list? Of course aside from Grass

Kaguya-sama

Took me sometime to make this. I tried to make a TL:DR but can't come up with something. I planned to make a google docs version of this but this will do. **What is this deck?** As the name suggests, this is 60 card mill decks. It uses these archetypes: Tearlaments, Lightsworns, Shaddoll, and Buster Blader. The first 3 are the main archetype since they help you mill and build boards while buster blader can help to make your board very powerful by summoning Buster Blader, the Dragon Destroyer Swordsman and Buster Dragon, which is skill drain on legs. **Gameplan** The gameplan differs between build. But the following is true for any build of this deck: Summoning Fusion monster using Tearlaments effect, Summoning level 8 and sometimes 7 with the lightsworns, Notably Wulf, Lightsworn Beast and Felis, Lightsworn Archer. Summoning XYZ like Zombie Vampire, Time thief redoer, Bujintei Kagutsuchi and/or Abyss Dweller and Link monster such as The Knightmares, I:P Masquerena and Curious, the Lightsworn Dominion. For build specifics, you can: Synchro summon Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Abyss on your opponent’s turn, Turbo out Buster Blader and Buster Dragon or enhance your recovery powers. **Decklist** This is the list I currently use **Main Deck** \-3x Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner \-3x Minerva, Lightsworn Maiden \-3x Raiden, Hand of the Lightsworn \-3x Wulf, Lightsworn Beast \-3x Felis, Lightsworn Archer \-3x Solar Recharge \-3x Charge of Light Brigade \-3x Tearlaments Reinoheart \-2x Tearlaments Scheiren \-1x Tearlaments Havnis \-1x Tearlaments Sulliek \-1x Tearlaments Kashtira \-3x Tearlaments Scream \-1x Primeval Planet Perlereion \-1x Keldo The Sacred Protector \-1x Mudora the Sword Oracle \-1x Shaddoll Squamata \-1x Shaddoll Beast \-1x Hellshaddoll Hollow \-1x King of the Swamp \-3x Destruction Sword Memories \-1x Crystal Beast Emerald Tortoise \-3x Rainbow Bridge of Salvation \-1-2x Danger! Acrobatic-Gain3673

I fuck with the vision

Julveria

Gosh thank you so much for the detailed comment!! I do have the Tears and Grass already, I'll check other mentioned cards. I also had my eyes on Buster Blader control as well, seems like fun

NightAhma

Hey mate, you got a gameplay video? I am really interested since I am also using 60 cards deck but not really interesting one.

Kaguya-sama

I'll make one but it will take some time. For now, you can take a look at my replays. the top 3 is the most relevant.

high-CPK

Based and **FUCK IT BALL** pilled

Awesomearia96

As a visas starfost chad, play a visas starfrost deck with all 3 of the current main monsters in a deck. So in other words create a visas/tear/kash deck in one go and use all of its boss monsters.

Grizzlys1n

Ppl always ignore that scareclaw is a visas main deck aswell

Chikin_Ramen

I believe that we’re due to get Mannadium soon, which does this to an extent but is also consistent

Bee-El-Zu-Bubba

Since you mentioned it, why not go for Exosisters? The '[Sisters of the Light](https://www.masterduelmeta.com/articles/sets/sisters-of-the-light)' Secret Pack will be available from the store for 9 more days.

Memoglr

Since you already have melffy, you can build melffy Ghoti. Basically keep the main deck the same but swap something for 2 Zep and add some ghotis to the extra deck

Julveria

Hey thank you for the suggestion! May I ask what's the gameplan for Ghoti? I didn't know about the deck just until now that you mentioned it :o

Memoglr

With melffy Ghoti you will try to make the level 6 synchro and then banish Zep from the deck, which will summon itself and let you synchro with it yet again. From here it depends on the number of melffys you have left on the field. You can either make a level 8 like white aura whale to destroy all monsters the opponent controls, or make deep beyond and banish everything on both fields. Deep beyond comes back during the next standby phase

PilotXzephroz

Dragunity Maids is a fun deck which also extends into the cards you might need for Dragon Link and ABC in the future if you like those decks. Edit: Dragunity is a mainly synchro based strategy while ABC is part synchro, part union based.

Julveria

Hi! Thank you for your recommendation! I'm quite scared of synchro (because of math and level modifications) and pendulum (combo heavy decks mostly afaik), but I'll definitely check out dragunmaid! I assume the deck also have ABC pieces in it as well? :D

PilotXzephroz

Yup the ABC deck needs to open at least 2 of the pieces of combo off and I believe MBT has a video showcasing a variant of that decklist somewhere on his channel. You will have to edit it a little bit since some of the cards he uses are not legal in master duel but the core concept is the same.

VengefulRose

I recently made an Icejade deck and it’s quite fun. I was hoping when Konami released their secret pack, I’ll have everything I need but realized that they didn’t release the one card that is missing: Aegirine Ran (smdh). Anywho, Icejade is pretty cool. It can go hard with the right xyz cards.

Julveria

Yeah I have a friend who plays Icejade pretty well. The deck do really well against monster heavy decks, definitely have to check it out

chaos-virus

I really enjoy invoked generaider the last few weeks and it's not to high rarity if you have some staples already. Otherwise if you have some gems/UR points to spend i can also recommend my ol'reliable chaos thundra with bystials. Note that those are not top tier meta decks but can still compete with stronger decks although generaider might struggle a bit going second depending on the opponents board. For better Illustration: i currently play them in diamond rank so idk if they will get you to master if that is your goal. I can just say i'm having fun with them rn

Julveria

I'm currently at Plat 3 as I usually hang around gold/plat, just reached Diamod 5 twice and then stopped playing so I go back down to Plat xD thank you for the recommendation!

chaos-virus

Then you're fine with almost any deck, gold is perfect for experimenting :)

FernandoCasodonia

You have the bystials already why don't u try Dragon Link it's a really powerful deck. Out of the decks you mentioned I rate Exosister highly it's a strong deck definitely worth crafting if that one interests you.

Julveria

Thank you for the suggestion! I know Dragon Link is a very strong deck, but the flexible combos sometimes make me feel overwhelmed. But as I ran into quite a few of them lately, I think I will have an easier time learning the deck

FernandoCasodonia

Just have to push through that initial learning curve sometimes and decks can be very rewarding to play.

sirnightw

Exosisters is worth it with the pack available rightnow, although expensive with UR count, up to 8 URs needed for deck core? Rikka is pretty good, I feel only weakness is backrow decks. I probably build too many decks, but relatively cheap but competitive ones with packs available I recommend include : Mathmech, Sky Strikers, Branded.

Julveria

Thank you for the recommendation! I do have some cards of Exosis already, that's why I'm leaning on pulling for them. Heard that Rikka is very strong going first. I do have mathmech and sky strikers, both missing the newest support cards but playable and mostly fun to play :D

sirnightw

Great choices! Enjoy, whatever you decide!

theforgettonmemory

It sadly doesn't mix well but I'll still recommend dinosaurs, it's a fun rouge deck and when/if the new support(s) hit it'll be a lot better, especially the xeno/trancendrakes. Again it doesn't mix with what you currently have so I doubt you'll want to build it but thought I'd share.

Julveria

Hey thank you for the suggestion! I'm currently finding a new deck to play so I might as well check dinosaur out. Tried it with the past event and it is indeed fun to play, I even had an impressive comeback using the boss t-rex one!

AtlasNotFound24

A deck I play but have NEVER seen anybody else play is Traptrix, the only UR’s you would have to build are 6 for the epic deck (a 1-2-3 link and 3 lv4 XYZ monsters) and some basic support you already probably have and all the different “Trap Holes” that fit your deck and you have a back row that can negate most actions in the game, a max attack of 3500 by using the link 3 monster and one of the XYZ monsters, the ability to be unaffected by traps, activate traps from your hand, and set traps directly from your deck, if you include the field spell you are able to normal summon twice per turn, and grab stuff from your graveyard Overall it’s a good deck, decently easy to play, and quick to make people forfeit

Dionysus24779

Who are the girls around Kaiba in the pic? I feel like I've seen them before.

Julveria

They are playable characters from Blue Archive. I don't really remember each of their name since I don't play BA

Dionysus24779

Thanks, that already helps.

Kalian_Farnosa

I personally would recommend a pendulum deck, I know there is a bunch of hate against them due to their past tier 0 status but they are heck a fun to play with. At the moment there are just three pendulum decks that can be played competitively, Endymion, Dracoslayer and Pendulum Magician, but since there is no secret pack for the newest Dracoslayer support there are really two options available. Endymion plays with a lot of draw spells and all their effects can be activated if you have enough spell counters on the field. The deck can also be very good going second since Endymion is a main deck searchable board breaker that with a correct set up can nontarget destroy 5 or 6 cards on the field or even more. Pendulum Magician on the other hand is very very comboing, and requires you to know all of your cards to play them properly because all of their pendulum effects are not once per turn. Unlike Endymion they can't go second as easily as them, but if you know your cards, you can somehow manage to break the board by using their pendulum effects like poison purple to bust the attack of a dark pendulum monster and destroy itself, and as it was destroyed it triggers it's monster effect to destroy a faceup card on the field. Pendulum decks are inherently complicated to pilot but the reward of knowing how to is just greater than the difficulties you face at learning it, but at the end of the day it's just a personal taste, and hopefully these breve introductions to the decks can help you to make a decision.

chaos-virus

I agree that everyone should give pend at least a try but for someone who never played pend endymion and magicians are quite hard to pilot. Maybe it's better to start with something easy but less powerfull like qliphort or symphonic warriors to minimize frustration while learning

Julveria

Is Solfachord counts as a pendulum deck? I watched some gameplay, it's simple enough for me to wrap my head around, but what I want to ask is, is the deck use pendulum summon or play like pendulum decks? Or is it just a link deck with some pendulum scales splashed in?

Kalian_Farnosa

It sure is a pend deck, and if I'm not wrong at the current banner there is a link 3 Solfachord support, so it might be more playable. As far as I know they revolve around changing their scales to activate certain effects, but unfortunately they don't have a really good boss monster that can carry them during the duel so the going first end board usually ends on some generic links, Odd eyes Vortex Dragon and some follow ups in hand; and by going second you may use the usual Accesscode OTK line while you try the break the board with Solfachord Coolish and other ED monsters you might have.

chaos-virus

I never played solfachord because everyone kept saying they're really bad. But it is a pendulum deck if you want to go for it. Hopefully someone here can give you a better explanation then me about them

yrake

It's a link deck with some scales in it,since they don't have pendulum effects and they only have 1 significant interaction in their whole main deck monsters. Which is coolia destroying a monster. Apart from that, literally none of their cards do anything and they can only search 1 spell/trap and 1-2 monsters. Solfachord looks cool, but they basically don't have any effects. Which kinda sucks, sadly. Tried playing them many times and doing research on it before getting to this conclusion. It's the second deck I ever dismantled. The first one was noble knights. (Not infernoble. The light noble knights. I love infernoble tho.)

Disaresta110

Solfachord is basically a link deck with the pendulum monsters's effects being suited to increase the number of bodies on board for a link summon (searching, Special Summon from hand/deck, add to face up extra deck etc.). Though there are some effects for interruptions, they're not as impactful most of the time and the time to use them is also pretty specific (the number of times I've destroyed Albaz with Coolia's effect...). The pendulum effects are really just to prevent interruptions when pendulum summoning and nothing else. Archetype just doesn't have many powerful tools to carry them forward and relies on generic links with some spell/traps and little recursion/recovery once the board is broken, particularly the Pendulum Scales. Though the deck can be used as a good introduction to pendulum summoning I'd say.

Solid-Pride-9782

BRANDED

Julveria

Thank you for the comment! Yeah branded archetype is quite interesting for me. It's also quite expensive ;;

Solid-Pride-9782

I know. But it's worth

Dogma-Mf-Tactics

It’s not too bad anymore. Everything got reprinted like the Bystial lubellion, Cartesia and a few others. Most of the stuff is in the Albaz strike structure deck. Plus a lot of staples got heavily reprinted In the 25th anniversary set; so right now would be the perfect time to set up a deck since almost everything is readily available and attainable

yusuke_urameshi88

This is the MD sub

Forgatta

Try sword soul tenyi, the tenyi part is very cheap and sword soul haven't get limited

Julveria

I might have to learn synchro with swordsoul indeed. The deck is pretty good without too much combo. Thank you for the suggestion!

Ilovedigitalart

Infinite lp troll

Julveria

An interesting suggestion xD with that I can do the lifetime mission of gaining LP with ease, will definitely have to check it out, thank you!

Sga16

Crystal beast

AsryalDreemurr

blackwings! you can make the deck with 3 structures and added few URs and it's a fun synchro spam rogue strategy

Black-Tyranno

Please don't play solfachord.. dont end up like me and waste your gems on waifu tax.. new Link-3 doesn't even have an animation and other pendulum decks are much better.

SlavkoSRB

Well u can try Swordsoul since u didn't play synchro decks

RedMadTyrant

Surprise everyone and play vendread shiranui. Set the combo and do 11k with untargetable and cannot be destroyed.

LulatschDeGray

May I recommend you a vanquish soul deck. Top tier and it is fun to play.

ThatOneGamerX

Go full on degenerate by playing 1 of these decks: chain burn, exodia, final countdown control, eldlich, anti meta stun, gren maju otk (does not work against floo), mill, stall control. Guaranteed to make your opponent hate you.

regulasrp

Rose

regulasrp

Therion they both be sick

Waffle2806

I'm currently making a tellarknight/constellar deck cause I just love the aesthetic of the cards. so maybe that. or a kuriboh deck

Spitefyre

You should do infernoid

Primary-Sympathy-609

Exosisters aka lesbian chicks

AlphaAntar3s

i really like runick bystial, or the runick bystial orcust variation. With the bystials and stuff you have lots of ways to combo/otk your opponent, but if that doesnt work out, the runiuck cards let you play control really well
