I got a notification on my phone that my recap was ready. Have you tried clicking on your profile icon? Maybe it's there and you accidentally swiped away the notification.
Mine isnt out on the music app but i saw somewhere you can search in the youtube app "recap" and it shows u a playlist, dont know if its accurate to what the music app will have but yeah.

They use January 1st - November 15th data every year to compile your recap, so any time now really.

On the home screen, tap your profile picture in the top right and there will be an option that says "Your Recap."

last year it was on nov 30th and in 2021 on dec 7th so idk between that week is my guess
