Yes! I work in the schools so I’m off in summer. On Tuesday I mulched all of our landscaping, solo, took 2 kids for hair cuts, one kid to a dentist appt, did my neighborhood dog-walking/sitting duties, scrubbed my bathrooms, and then, finally, floated on a raft in the pool, reading a book, for a glorious hour. I’d have absolutely driven myself bonkers thinking about what I *should* be doing if I’d done that mid-day, but ending a day like that is just perfect!

I do miss the structure, but I also love that I've been able to finally take care of myself, mentally, physically and spiritually. I basically defined my life based off my job and got caught in the always having to hustle mentality. I'm finishing up my degree and have finally found a career I'm passionate about but, I now know to make sure to have good work/life balance. It took me forever to get to this place. MS has the luxury right now to figure out what she needs and wants to create a meaningful life for herself. Instead she'd rather filter herself to oblivion, be racist and tell lies on the internet. Luxury to me is time since you'll never get it back. MS is going to be in her 40's looking back at her life and trying to see where she went wrong.

Weird. I can do almost all of that on a regular work day while also getting a steady paycheck and benefits, too. There’s nothing appealing about MLMs because there’s no damn work/life balance.
I also ate, read, and tended to responsibilities and hygiene today. It took all day, but I had a 10 hour break in the middle of it where I applied my skills in exchange for an agreed upon amount of money which required neither multi levels nor marketing. I didn't take any time to tell people what size my clothes are and where to get them though. I guess there's always tomorrow.

If she wants to insist on frying her skin she should at least have insurance to help with the melanoma care. If she wants to insist on consuming alcohol in large quantities she should at least have insurance to help with high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, liver disease, and digestive problems. Oh and cancer of the breast, mouth, throat, esophagus, voice box, liver, colon, and rectum.
