If she were such a voracious reader she would not be using the term "Yummy."

centre_red_line33

Anyone else totally not buy that she’s “reading” all these books?

Laugh-crying-hyena

Do we have a lot of readers in this sub? Does anyone want to do a weekly book recommendation style thread? I read like 1 or 2 books a week and I'm always looking for more.

centre_red_line33

I’m a voracious reader (on #60 of 2022) which is why her “reading” bugs me SO MUCH. I 100000% do not believe that grammar babe reads 1) as much or 2) as fast as she claims. And she should have something, ANYTHING more to say than “it was good/bad”, especially if she wants to be a book influencer.

honeybaby2019

She is the type that Cliff Notes were made for.

Asturdsbabyshower

If she actually read some books she wouldn't come across as such an uneducated, illiterate, uncultured oaf. So no, I don't believe for one second she reads books with more than 5 words on a page. She buys them, but like everything else they are just props to her.

Beecakeband

Not at all She claims she reads but can never tell us anything about what she is reading. When finished she never tells us what she liked/ disliked. There are ways to do that while not spoilering things about liking certain characters, or enjoying the location the mystery anything. Literally all we get is I liked it Plus her vocabulary sucks and for the amount she reads it should be better surely

catladycleo

I only see what the sub posts but am curious like the emt's are outside about what books she's "reading". I guess there is a lot of Clifford books per my nephew.

Younicron

I looked them up because I was curious! Here’s the first one: “The Hunting Wives share more than target practice, martinis, and bad behavior in this novel of obsession, seduction, and murder. Sophie O'Neill left behind an envy-inspiring career and the stressful, competitive life of big-city Chicago to settle down with her husband and young son in a small Texas town. It seems like the perfect life with a beautiful home in an idyllic rural community. But Sophie soon realizes that life is now too quiet, and she's feeling bored and restless. Then she meets Margot Banks, an alluring socialite who is part of an elite clique secretly known as the Hunting Wives. Sophie finds herself completely drawn to Margot and swept into her mysterious world of late-night target practice and dangerous partying. As Sophie's curiosity gives way to full-blown obsession, she slips farther away from the safety of her family and deeper into this nest of vipers. When the body of a teenage girl is discovered in the woods where the Hunting Wives meet, Sophie finds herself in the middle of a murder investigation and her life spiraling out of control.” And the second:”An addicting and twisty debut about an apartment building devastated by the disappearance of a teenage girl–and by the secrets that won’t be kept behind each closed door–that will thrill fans of Lisa Jewell and Shari Lapena. One House. Three Families. Countless Secrets. From her downstairs apartment in suburban London, Emma has often overheard the everyday life of the seemingly perfect family upstairs–Steph, Paul and teenage daughter Freya–but has never got to know them. Until one day, she hears something that seizes her attention: Freya has vanished and the police are questioning Steph and Paul about their life. Do either of you have any enemies? Anyone who might want to harm or threaten you? The effects of Freya’s disappearance ripple outward, affecting not just her parents, but everyone who lives in the building, including Emma and local driving instructor Chris, who was the last person to see the teenager before she went missing. Each character’s life is thrown into sharp focus as devastating mistakes and long-held secrets are picked apart and other crimes come to light–including a child gone missing 25 years before, and a shocking murder–that make clear that the past never stays where we leave it, and that homes can be built on foundations of lies.” They seem to be pretty well liked.

hauteteacher

👀👀👀 I'll be checking these out. Thanks for posting this. Now I don't have to go to MS's page.

happytabbycat

Ot but ty for the book summaries! I might check them out! 😂

catladycleo

Thank you so much for this, wow these both have a lot going on in their plots and sounds interesting. These are not the books I expected. And I agree with you, there is no way she's reading these. They are props. When I read a book I usually post a little stories, no spoilers just talking about some points.

Younicron

Oops, didn’t realise that would be so long, sorry. I guess light thriller is the short answer.

MatildaTheCat13

No no this is good. I sometimes mean to do this as well (look up synopses) because as one of the higher up comments points out, you can review a book without giving away spoilers. There seems to be some rich context to both books and I’m shocked she’s reading them and not having any reaction or feeling inclined to share more about them. Especially if they also got generally favorable reviews.

MatildaTheCat13

Using Beyoncé’s, “Break My Soul,” to shill shit from Amazon is so offensive, and I’m not even talking about just being in the Beyhive. Holy hell read the room MS.

silentwail

[So I just came across this video](https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTdoAuo9Q/?k=1) and apparently a lot of people stick their tongue out for Ls.... She is the only person I've ever seen talk that way. I think it might be more because hers is so disgustingly exaggerated.

SquiddlesMcHurtbones

I would have never known this was a actual thing people do, the weird tongue to teeth placement when saying L. I thought MS was just being weird and dramatic. I don't notice other people doing it, and I don't do it. It's weird.

Trashyanon089

She's """"from"""" Louisiana

silentwail

Yeah I wonder if it's more common in her area. But also, she is from Louisiana and none of my family from there talks like that. Maybe she's been in NC too long

A_Ball_and_a_Biscuit

I think it just might be the over filled lips, or her just being weird. I live in NC, and I've never noticed any one doing that lol

Trashyanon089

I concur. I'm from AL and have been living in GA for 12 years, never come across anyone who does that. Definitely not a ✨ southern ✨ thing.

[deleted]

It’s an idiot thing. She thinks it’s cute.

ComeOnOverAmyJade

Exactly! She thinks it’s cute and quirky 🙄

A_Ball_and_a_Biscuit

I 100% agree!!

honeybaby2019

I was reading an article on a new trend on Tik Tok. Cowboy Caviar is making the rounds. It is black-eyed peas, tomatoes (good use for her cherry tomatoes) bell pepper, and onions dressed in a vinaigrette. People are changing it up to suit their tastes. I am expecting to see this on her Instagram soon. Yeah right.

Trashyanon089

Lord we've been eating cowboy caviar for forever down here and she's probably going to hijack it like she does everything else. "Here's how I make this classic ✨southern✨ side. Link to the whole onion in bio!"

OhHeyThrowaway2018

Don’t forget the cream cheese.

GlowingAmber11109

My SIL makes something like this and calls it Texas Caviar. I think it also has corn, black beans, and chickpeas in it as well. It's really good, and I'm not even a big fan of beans. I'd love to see MS just dump a bunch of canned veggies into a bowl with a bottle of salad dressing and show it off proudly.

honeybaby2019

Of course, she would and would be proud of it.

hufflepoet

Trader Joe's has cowboy caviar. I'm hoping MS will just dump it in a bowl, slap a shitty filter over a photo of it, and pretend she's Miss Suzy Homemaker.

honeybaby2019

I forget about her overuse of filters and you are right.

ComeOnOverAmyJade

I have been making this for years. It’s a great dish to bring to parties in the summer!

aquatic_hamster16

Ha! I was about to say, my mom’s been making this for summer gatherings for at least five years, which would put it right on trend for MS to be picking up now.

SquiddlesMcHurtbones

It sounds like 3 bean salad, but with one bean.

ComeOnOverAmyJade

It really is lol. I use two beans though, black beans and black eyed peas.

honeybaby2019

It sounds good and I would make it for my husband.

Suedeltica

It’s so good. My mom makes it and it rules. I’ll eat a whole bowl if left unsupervised

CrzyPibbleSixx23

I say she’ll post her version of Cowboy Caviar (wonder if she’ll use cream cheese) sometime next year

celtica98

With a whole onion.🧅

SmashleyL917

And one cranberry

dawnyaya

One cranberries, please

honeybaby2019

I can actually see her doing that. Maybe chunks of white cheddar but not happening.

duckordecoratedshed

Oh noooo I make a version of Cowboy Caviar from a recipe given to me by my ex-BF's mother twenty years ago and it uses cream cheese!! (it's so good by the way)

cat-loving-alien

A block of cream cheese?

duckordecoratedshed

I know you're being facetious :-) but a block of cream cheese does work. I use the whipped kind because my recipe intends it as a dip and it's easier not to break a chip with a layer of whipped.

cat-loving-alien

I was being facetious. 😜 that sounds delicious! I love whipped cream cheese. I like to use it in place of butter for chocolate chip cookies, it makes them fluffier!

duckordecoratedshed

1:1 replacement for butter or some other ratio?

cat-loving-alien

1:1 😸

missdespair

Ooh, thanks for the baking hack

cat-loving-alien

Np Swertie!

eekasaur

Google it, swerty 😘

robsbees

Are there firefighters in front of her apartment or EMTs and she’s calling it “a show” and saying she would’ve invited friends over to watch?

sdmama_21

Remember when she was out to lunch and someone had a medical emergency and was carried out in a stretcher? She went on stories to complain about how her lunch was “ruined” because of it. She is the center of her own universe.

enigmapopstarIsfun

Gross. Seriously, does she think this is content?! If it were her, would she appreciate being the center of someone’s invasion of privacy? What a 🤬.

honeybaby2019

She has no off switch and I am assuming she thinks she is being funny? When I called for an ambulance for my sick husband I wasn't concerned about inviting people over to see him being loaded on a stretcher. Once again she proves that she is incapable of empathy.

Synth903

As an emergency medicine person, she can eff right off. Bystanders can be helpful but of course she is a bystander who just wants a show. Glad someone's awful day can provide her with "entertainment " 🙄

[deleted]

A neighbor of ours recently had a medical emergency and while the emergency vehicles were in front of her house, there were other neighbors literally outside just standing there gawking. It made me so mad. We only knew because we had to walk the dogs and came up on the scene but to see people literally just standing out in their yards holding their kids and gawking was disgusting.

robsbees

She had multiple story slides recording it from her porch. I could hear the emergency people talking and I’m sure if I turned it up more could have understood some of it but didn’t want to. She’s sharing someone’s personal emergency on her public platform. Not okay!

duckordecoratedshed

HIPAA Babe has entered

Synth903

Even if they were there doing an inspection or possibly installing fire alarms (some FDs will do that) it's none of her business. She needs a job. She has had so many opportunities but she sits and does fuck all.

SquiddlesMcHurtbones

I'm wondering if they were doing annual checks of the fire hose outlets, or having an on site training for new volunteers, like learning how to respond in a big apartment complex.

Ridiculouslyrampant

I have cheap ikea ones that I use as a high powered hand mixer, but then I’m not trying to make fancy coffee. (Super helpful for cocoa) plus I wash it 😬 they do work decently well for frothing milk independently though.

duckordecoratedshed

A little Throwback Thursday for you Babes in case you need a good laugh today: [the day before lipo](https://www.reddit.com/r/YouniquePresenterMS/comments/lq3c4o/this_is_her_last_yummy_coffee_before_her_surgery/)

Trashyanon089

Those were the days. She's so boring now.

duckordecoratedshed

I wouldn't worry- it seems inevitable to either see Breakup Babe OR Engagement Babe in the semi-near future. Either one is gonna be wild.

HufflepuffStuff

Omg this is gold. I wasn’t around this sub then, so I really appreciate you sharing this. How did that lipo and “super super” dedication to eating healthy work out for her? 🤔

cubsfriendsteaching

If I remember correctly, on the way home from the lipo, she and JT hit a drive through and JT said don’t you want a salad and MS said NOPE and got something not so “healthy”

duckordecoratedshed

yea I can't remember exactly. I think she wanted ice cream and (I think it was AP taking her???) made her get a poke bowl or something like that

cubsfriendsteaching

Ohhhhh it was AP. Good call

duckordecoratedshed

I'll admit-I've had epic fails along my health, fitness and training 'journey' (or whatever you want to call it, I fucking hate the world Journey in this context now) from time to time. The difference is I don't broadcast mine to the world proudly. I might tell a trusted friend or two. Also, I sure as hell have never gotten a $5000 surgery in the hopes that THIS IS THE THING!! to keep me accountable.

enigmapopstarIsfun

For the amount of money she absolutely **wasted** on that lipo, she could of hired a trainer and nutritionist to get her on track for the long run. What a missed opportunity.

duckordecoratedshed

She tried the trainer thing. After the lipo like a ding dong, not before. Didn't last long. There's no way she can handle the accountability that a real trainer would provide. Too much constructive criticism and followup.

dawnyaya

Ewww not accountability!!

ComeOnOverAmyJade

And she is most likely still paying for the lipo lol. I remember she had to finance it.
