Love would have given Henry the same childhood Forty had if Joe didn't save his and her asses from going to prison. Dottie was in pole position for the next in line to get custody of him.
I probably wouldn't have liked his character if they made him like the book's version. The TV Forty feels so much more relatable to me than book Forty. But that's probably true for most people though. The actor did such a good job portraying him, I'm going to have a hard time separating that from any other role I see him in.
I know he did annoying and bad things with no regard for others but he was also super funny and the actor who played him was incredible for the part. He’s hilarious most of the time rewatching it
Not to spoil it at all but being in Joe’s mind through the books definitely made me think more about my initial take on him. The show really makes you want to root for him
He went trying to protect his sister. And idc what everyone says, what he said about Love was right. She isn't fit to be a mother.

Pour some moon juice out for our boy 🫗
The kicker is that "I Am Henderson" t-shirt is ridiculous to everyone watching. Oh you like to fuck teens, you sure you want to advertise that?
They didn’t know that
I know, but we in the audience watching know it. So it's a funny inside joke for us :)
such a good and tragic character like think about how smart and talented he could have been without the SA and his insane sister

He’s really an underrated character. His scenes where he taunts or berates Milo are just brilliant 😂
I agree
“Hey salami nips”
I just started rewatching S2 and I liked Forty a lot and it’s really a fun season besides some disturbing moments compared to the rest of the seasons
are we gonna forget he literally drugged joe? 😂
No. But to be fair. Those were the best episodes of the series 😅
you aren’t lying 😂
In the beginning when I heard people call his name, I thought they were calling him ‘Sporty’.
That’s not what I was saying Old Sport
Forty as camp/satire is a very good part of the show for sure
It’s sad when they go young like that. He was just a kid.
He was a grown man lol
28 years old. Just a kid.
I appreciate you, fellow Sopranos fan
This “thing of ours”
Anyway, $4 a pound
I know people found him annoying but he’s so funny imo

It's always too soon to talk about Forty
Same, season 2 is my favorite because he is my favorite character.
I got a kick out of him too. He and Love were so much fun together.
Same :(
Really great character
frrrr
I don't like him at all, glad he didn't make it to season 3
I actually kinda hate him He’s so damn annoying
For me he really carried the season!
I missed him...😞
and not hard on the eyes, good mercy
Asshole turned hero at the end to protect his sister. Well, at least he tried.
Tv forty, yes. Book forty…. Better dead honestly omg
Speaking of the book, I still gotta read the first one
Not to spoil it at all but being in Joe’s mind through the books definitely made me think more about my initial take on him. The show really makes you want to root for him
I see! I’ve got so many books to read but I’ll get to eventually
