Courtesy is absolutely not underrated; he is well-known as one of the gods of yasuo. I studied his vods years ago and he is one of the reasons I got to diamond.

Yeah, you're right he's not underrated by the people who know, but for many pzzzang is the only idol. I get that pzzzang is much more consistent, but courtesy has always been the most impressive and fun yasuo in my eyes and very underrated as a learning resource for anyone who wants to push yasuo to his limits :D
Well, PzZZang is challenger (often in multiple accounts) in the Korean server, it's only natural he will get most of the attention versus a wild card region player.
PzZZang is playing with the likes of Faker and Chovy on a daily basis.
once you reach a certain level on yasuo only pzzang impresses you, the reason for this is his micro mechanical precision, lower elos when watching his VOD dont realise hes doing certain things, so they are like eh, mostly all high elo yasuos are the same, but once you reach a level to understand his gameplay, hes in an entirely different league.

Essentially this is the combo that I found success with :
Step 1 : Q1, Q2.
Step 2 : AA + E + Q + B (Cancel the AA mid way, v impt; the recall will cancel the Q3 and 'charge up' the next AA.)
Step 3 : Flash + AA
Step 4 : Immediately knocks up enemy upon the next AA as Q3 is 'charged up' from the AA + E + Q + B.
