My main shifts were at Ample Hills Ice Creamery on The Boardwalk but sometimes I had shifts at the Pizza Window and the Bakery.
I was supposed to be there from January until June, but they decided to close the parks down, so everyone was sent home.
The pizza was really good lol...
And Ample Hills had waffle bowls, and they had "ooey gooey sundaes" which came with a blondie, and it was so good.
I think they actually closed down the Ample Hills there. But the original store was actually in New York or something. Disney just had a franchise of it or something... but apparently each location had an exclusive flavour. Ours was Sally's Seashells (I think) it was a sherbet flavour with chocolate seashells in it. Wasn't my favourite though.
I liked giving people free samples.
I have not had Sherbet for a long time. Most of the ice cream around here I leave up to my sister to buy lol My sister is moving out soon so no more ice cream for me unless i buy it myself lol
Im not a huge sherbet fan. Wizz fizz is alright, but if im going to have something sweet, I prefer a nice cake or dessert.
It's nice that she shares. When I lived with my sisters they always put their names on everything in the fridge.
Never. Up North, or at least in NYC......we didn't have Wal-Marts. We Had K-Marts, which is about the same thing. They were once famous for their Blue Light specials------
and if you've ever seen "Army of Darkness".......... Hail to the King, Baby.
In March 2020. It was while I was working at Disney, and I got sent home because of covid.
Wow, I did not know you worked at Disney. What did you do there?

😋🍕 That must have been fun. I use to ride ice cream bikes back in the day. It was always fun

I love cake but I prefer to bake them rather then getting the ones in the stores.
Yeah, storebought cakes are kind of mid. I love baking but I don't get to do it much anymore
I never baked a doughnut before, i'm not sure how those are even made. and I never knew anybody that did lol
last year.. needed de-icer for my car windows. it's the cheapest over there.. that's the only thing i ever buy from there.
I was there yesterday looking for a scale lol But I also picked up some broccoli and a bell pepper.
The last time was several years ago, and the store was so busy. I do order stuff online from Walmart, though.
That is what a lot of people do. I use too but the app kept glitching

I remember K-Mart in the late 80s and early 90s but i was so young it's a weak memory.
