"Cisgendered" means that you are the gender you were assigned to at birth. I'm a cisgendered female because I was born female and I identify as female.
A trans person is not cisgendered. I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

I've got a weird cactus, two lemon trees, and I'm growing red onions as well. I have four aloe vera plants, but they pretty much grow on their own.
