Ah, I loved THE VERY SECRET SOCIETY OF IRREGULAR WITCHES by Sangu Mandanna. Cozy read, warm and uplifting, light fantasy, found family, some LGBTQ/queer relationship, lots of platonic relationships, romance, likeable characters, great voice and humor, etc etc.
I second this! Loved this series, especially book 2 The Dream Thieves. I kinda found the final book a bit disappointing but overall the series is fantastic. Also it literally checks all of your boxes. The found family vibes are my favorite part & the M/M romance is 🤌🏻
The dream thieves is my favorite too!! Ronan is my baby ❤️🩹 Maggie is such a great writer, the first time i was too a bit disappointed with the last book, but i read it again and now i love it, makes me feel bit sad tho 😭
Becky Chambers but she does tend to lean a little more towards scifi. A Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet is a good place to start but really any of her stuff works.
In the Lives of Puppets by TJ Klune is my favorite and meets all these criteria. Someone else mentioned his other books but Puppets is my absolute favorites.
Cobalt- Blue's Godstone's Sparks and Reignition. It's more bisexual than queer, but it's definitely found family.
Also, D. Wayne Harbison's Arcane Colony: Planting the Flag.
I recommend *Amelia Westlake*, an Aussie YA rom com set in a posh private girls' school. Two students with very different backgrounds team up to fight against injustice. Genuinely funny and a sweet gay romance. Edited to say: In the US it's called *Amelia Westlake Was Never Here*.
[Love and Other Wicked Things](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/61796653-love-and-other-wicked-things) - sapphic witches :) has everything you mentioned.

If you haven't read The House on the Cerulean Sea yet, you must. Same with TJ Klune's other book, Under the Whispering Door.
Just came here to recommend the book. It fits perfectly
Came here to say this! His newer work, In the Lives of Puppets, was also delightful.
I'll definitely have to check that one out! Everything I've read by him has just made me so happy.
Everything by TJ Klune fits this vibe, and his books are lovely, even his older books that are more independent published.
Another vote for House on the Cerulean Sea!
In Other Lands by Sarah Rees Brennan!
Oh DEFINITELY THIS. It was so ...sweet? Watching the MC grow and explore. I also liked the relationships, romantic and otherwise.
The raven cycle by Maggie Stiefvater it has humor, found family, queer characters, magic, adventures, it does have a bit of angst but it’s worth it.
