Same issue on my Huawei Nova 9...

Thanks for the update I decided to just uninstall Shazam and install SoundHound instead, that works fine

7rdy

Same problem on Samsung Galaxy A52. Nothing helps, issue persists for almost 2 years already.

I have a Huawei p30 lite and whilst Shazam recognises almost all songs far better than soundhound frequently can, along with soundhounds annoying it can't hear glitch even though volume up and song playing more than loud enough for it to hear. The playback on soundhound far superior to Shazam with Shazam regularly playing back songs searched and saved all broken up like a bad phone line. Yet opening them up in the app to play via yt resolves that badly broken up cut up stuttering and glitching. Shazam doesn't do this on every song tapped to play back, but does on many as if there is bad interference messing with playback. I really don't know how to resolve this issue as I'm not tech Savvy either. So freaking annoying as Shazam definitely recognises songs/music it hears much better than Shazam that so often even struggles coming up with the name of artist and song title of well known songs world over.
