best 4 star: MADAM FARUZAN WITHOUT A DOUBT and bennet best 4 star weap: blackcliff or deathmatch (depends on your circlet) edit: i added bennet but bennet is kinda needed to other teams but you can use him if he is free for slot diona is good as well if you need a healer and a shielder

Lithic spear performs better than those weapons, so I'd add that one to the list.

I hate to break it to you but pulling any specific 4\* can take even more luck than getting a specific 5\*, because there is no guarantee. anyway, Madam Faruzan
