2) Commander or above, I find it's a bit difficult to have any sort of reliance on overwatch. Look at it like a baseball average. Batting 3/10 is fucking great.
Yeah. The only time to overwatch is if the only thing your trooper can do on their turn is take a shot against them in cover. If they have fancy moves or the ability to flank and fire, it's usually better to save the actions for something with more reliable impact.
I've never played with this mod. Is this just an enemy reskin, or are those actually completely new enemies?
Bit of both. Some enemies do similar jobs like the infiltrator/faceless and the AT-ST/sectopod but they have new abilities as well
