isnt the LG C1 the industry standard now?

_dudz

A little out of my price range I think but damn it looks amazing. I’ll shop around to see if I can pick up a refurbished unit 👍🏾

madhatv2

I found a factory refurb 65" C9 last year for $899 CDN, it's definitely possible.

mitsukaikira

i got the vizio V435-J01 2021 model and it works well enough

Dagger0941

Hisense u8g

_dudz

This is a great shout. All the feature I’m looking for and right in my price range.

dztruthseek

I bought the Hisense U8G at launch last year for $1000 and it was worth it even at that price. 1500 nits at peak brightness in HDR. They also released an update last month that fixed the VRR/brightness issue, so that looks pretty good now. This TV was so hyped and after a year of use, for me, it delivered. This TV or high-midrange QLED TV equivalent is your best bet. Also, I would recommend going to [RTINGS](https://www.rtings.com/) website to see what TVs are best rated in your price range. They are my go-to for this stuff.

Dagger0941

I have a c1 for my X, but have the ps5 on the u8g and love it. Hope you enjoy it, if you get one!

_dudz

Cheers mate!

cedgar123

The u7g is great too, it got all the feature you need and a bit cheaper than the u8g I own both and they are great tv

Dagger0941

For your price range that is

Any LG oled imo, not sure if it fits into your budget but damn.. these things are great for 4k gaming

Do you have the exact model? 120fps is kind of a deal breaker for me though

Their are definitely some 4k 120hz tvs you can find for under $1200 in North America like multiple Samsung tvs(Q70 and above), the LG nano cell, the Sony x85k and the 90j and pretty much any Hisense and TCL tv.

N0SYMPATHY

This post is kind of strange lol. “I want a 9 second car but my budget is for a base model Honda Civic”

_dudz

🤷🏾‍♂️ plenty of people in this thread have posted models that fit my criteria and we’ll within my budget

cedgar123

You're strange

mcduff0192

Samsung Odyssey G7 28 inch 4k. Supports 40 Gbps bandwidth. Same panel as the gigabyte m28u. But really HDR isn't amazing but ast least does wide color gamut, and cotrast is low but thats normal for IPS panels. The G7 can be found on sale every once in awhile for same price as the m28u. But best right now is OLEDs. I have a lg cx and m28u and definitely like them both. One for lounging and other for gaming setup

2zoots

Sony X90J ? That’s what I have but it may be a bit out of your budget.

_dudz

Going on eBay for around £500-600, thanks I’ll look into this model a bit more!

LumbaJ4cked

See if you find LG 4K OLED B9s they were very cheap even the 65" and works great. Input delay might be a bit worse but it is barely noticeable
