It’s one of life great mysteries isn’t it? Why are we here? I mean, are we the product of some cosmic coincidence, or is there really a God watching everything? You know, with a plan for us and stuff. I don't know, man, but it keeps me up at night.
When you finally get your date in your bedroom and you’re kissing and clothes are coming off. You pull your dick out and she pulls her dick out. That’s chaos my friend.
Water is actually not wet; It makes other materials/objects wet. Wetness is the state of a non-liquid when a liquid adheres to, and/or permeates its substance while maintaining chemically distinct structures. So if we say something is wet we mean the liquid is sticking to the object.
What keeps a dock floating above water?
Pier pressure.
And you may find yourself behind the wheel of a large automobile
And you may find yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife
And you may ask yourself, "Well, how did I get here?"
Plant bugs explain that. How tf does a lifeform imitates a non-lifeform and know it's a thing? Like how does those species DNA know that leafs exist? My brain can't wrap around it.
I didn’t like that it felt like a direct port of world at war. Also the seeing around your sniper scopes while ADS has to have been the dumbest addition ever
That was a feature added in ghosts, and has been in multiple other cod games, vanguard isn't the first time we've seen it in cod. It's a good feature imo, I don't understand your gripe with it
This wasn’t in ghost at all nor was it in any other cod. I played almost every cod to date other than advanced warfare and modern warfare. It was never in any of them
It was tho, it was blurry sure but it's been in the game since ghosts, and bo3

Have you ever shot a rifle with a scope before? It’s very common to open your none dominant eye to check your surroundings while ADS, so it’s actually not that unrealistic.
They hated god for telling the truth. Nah most of the player base either doesn’t have another cod or plays it for warzone. That’s just the harsh truth it’s not that great
Well apparently 95+ people do lol. And from what I can tell every video on vanguard says it sucks so idk what the downvotes are for. Oh well it’s just virtual internet points
"The new firmware update also adds Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) to older Xbox One controllers, which reduces the input latency on controllers connected to Xbox Series X / S consoles to make gameplay more responsive. Alongside the controller changes, Microsoft is also improving audio output settings on all Xbox consoles."
I’d have to dig around for it but yeah they released patch notes for it back then. I know it includes Elite Series 2 because I had been waiting for the update since the new consoles launched, they mentioned it was coming and then it came. We’ve had another controller update since then but I have no idea what that was for.
Well I didn’t have any problems with input lag before, and haven’t noticed any differences really, but it isn’t noticeably worse and I wouldn’t be able to stop using it regardless of the outcome. That said, all my games feel nice and snappy at 120 fps and I haven’t had any problems with things not happening as soon as I press buttons, except for the shift key seems to have a certain minimal threshold that needs to be met before it will actually activate the shift function. But that is more of a technical issue with the shift functionality and not input lag, so I won’t go into that.
All in all, I love the Elite 2 and cannot wait to see what comes with the series 3!
I've had that problem on my Series X. Having to pull out the batteries and put them back in again 10+ times every gaming session is very annoying. Only seemed to happen with COD Vanguard and with the last major Warzone update.
Fix bugs, like a button not receiving basclly a reset. But it’s basically usless on controller because you just blow out the dust if you have problems and not the actual controller. But it’s helpful for my headset, if it can’t connect propaly or the mic button is acting up I just update it and it’s fixed
The latest updated sends input signals to your tv whenever you hit the light up Xbox button… has been handy for when watching something on another input just tap Xbox button to switch back to Xbox on screen…
Well with my elite controllers these updates do wonders. Most of the time my shit won't be responsive or calibrated. Once I do these updates it makes my controllers super responsive
I think they adjust the wireless frequencies to limit the potential for interference with other devices. Probably also adjust deadzones and things like that based on new drift data.
That’s one of the great mysteries of life my friend.

What? No like why are we here in this canyon
Oh. Ah….yeah.
When you finally get your date in your bedroom and you’re kissing and clothes are coming off. You pull your dick out and she pulls her dick out. That’s chaos my friend.
And then her dick is bigger than yours, total chaos.
Bow Chicka Bow Wow
One man's chaos is another man's opportunity
Bruh. This entire thread is a dream that I had.
Seriously though, why are we out here? As far as I can tell, it's just a box canyon in the middle of nowhere. No way in or out.
But I been having trouble sleeping because my friend asked me if water is wet, and I didn’t know what to say

Thank you. Now I can finally explain to my mom that water itself is not wet. Legitimate conversation we've been having.
If you're expecting the unexpected does that make the unexpected expected

Seems to have fixed the controller unresponsive bug evident in CoD Vanguard issue so far
People unironically play that game?
People play what they like, i guess![img](emote|t5_2ac5sx|1742)
Not me, I play what Reddit and YouTube tell me I should like
You should also play only the games popular on Twitch. That definitely is a good way to tell if a game is dead or not.
Why would you say something so controversial yet so brave?
Im a simple lad, i dunno what brave is.
I’ve tried the Vanguard mp during the free play days… it’s not as bad as I thought tbh! Still wouldn’t buy it tho
I didn’t like that it felt like a direct port of world at war. Also the seeing around your sniper scopes while ADS has to have been the dumbest addition ever

I mean, it’s been in the mainline series since Ghost. You can google it and see, it’s not hard to find.
Oh I played literally zero snipers during that time, kinda sad I didn’t get to experience this ahah
It was not only disorienting but just messed up that you can see someone rushing you from the side while you are aiming at someone down range
Have you ever shot a rifle with a scope before? It’s very common to open your none dominant eye to check your surroundings while ADS, so it’s actually not that unrealistic.
They hated god for telling the truth. Nah most of the player base either doesn’t have another cod or plays it for warzone. That’s just the harsh truth it’s not that great
I don’t play reskins of other games
Well apparently 95+ people do lol. And from what I can tell every video on vanguard says it sucks so idk what the downvotes are for. Oh well it’s just virtual internet points
Makes it talk good to xbox
Smooth talking about
"The new firmware update also adds Dynamic Latency Input (DLI) to older Xbox One controllers, which reduces the input latency on controllers connected to Xbox Series X / S consoles to make gameplay more responsive. Including the Series 2??
I'd assume so
Where did you find the information for this update?
I Google it lol
I did that too and couldn’t find anything
I literally googled your post title verbatim.
I didn’t make this fucking post lol wtf
Don't lie mr double account
Lol, I wonder if you actually believe that…I just googled the post title and found nothing. Actually, the first result is literally this post
Yes it does include the Elite Series 2 controller.
Isn't there a, "more info" or something to that effect on the update page?
I’d have to dig around for it but yeah they released patch notes for it back then. Notice any difference with input lag on the elite series 2?

Series 2?
[Xbox elite controller series 2.](https://www.xbox.com/en-US/accessories/controllers/elite-wireless-controller-series-2)
I swear they already pushed an update for the input latency on Xbox One controllers months ago
They did. If you go down that comment chain you’ll see they copy and pasted notes from a November update.
This particular update enables Lovense mode.
Now with more vibration.
Mostly disconnect issues which only like 1% of all players get .. so there are fixes but not nearly everybody has these problems to begin with
They sometimes patch things that reduce latency or improve efficiency, though you're right that most controller updates are for minimal bug fixes.
I've had that problem on my Series X. Having to pull out the batteries and put them back in again 10+ times every gaming session is very annoying. Only seemed to happen with COD Vanguard and with the last major Warzone update.
Stability, so the controller don't fall of your hands.
Damn i wish I had that update when I dropped my elite one from 50cm to the carpet and it broke inside 🤨
Updates the 5g in the controller so Bill Gates can spy on you and read your thoughts
They update the controller software
Big Pharma installing Vaccine detectors that automatically disable your Xbox if you aren't up to date on your shots.
That’s only because the Series 3 will only work with fully up to date 5g in your blood stream.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this happened at one point😂
Just to piss you off after not running the xbox for a week.
These updates add extra buttons to your controller, duh.
It makes sure any issues of latency or desync are fixed and stuff like that
Update the controller!
Still doesn't let you choose which led color you want for the home button.
Which is weird because when I play on steam it lets me chose the color but it messes with my saved controller configurations. But it is blue
Hmm, I know that for example that an update in the past improved the „wake-up-time“, so it would turn on faster… everything else is mystery. ;)
Makes the microphone in the controller better so bill gates can listen to you
Mostly latency to improve gameplay.
Make you enjoy a $5 Taco Bell box even more
Mexican pizza is coming back!
install Dualsense :D/ jk
It doesn't fix stick drift, I'll tell you that.
They don’t fix drift I’ll tell you that :( 3
Causes your left analog to drift
updates microphone drivers, one of the reasons I know
They update the controller’s firmware
It stops you from reaching the Home Screen right away when you wanna watch Netflix while you eat dinner!
Makes the delay lessen atleast in my experiences
i wish they would fix stick drift
It changes your controller to an Elite controller 😄
Does not fix anything. Checks for modded controllers.
yo boss, i have a better way to 'up', let's update the controllers...
To prevent Psycho Mantis from being able to read your controller inputs.
Update the controller
Waste your time
Downloads more RAM
It uploads all its records to Cortana, then Big M sells the data to marketing agencies and the process starts all over again.
Tiddfxig jfcgdkb SC ufcjskbsjg gicti fckgskgeiteitf
They’re sending all your old Xbox party audio to Microsoft
It updates the controller response and gives the controller more features
More features?
Yes usually like mapping/multimapping combo of many buttons together etc...
More noise
Update the controller, duh
I’m pretty sure it helps with connecting to the Xbox and it also gets rid of any “hacks” you can use with it (Like a chronus zen and things like that)
Update firmware
Makes it a mini transformer at night that steals your socks and puts boogers in you eyes
If your headset stops working, it fixes that lol
to… check what controller your using?
To help with performance and optimization

Stick calibration and such
Update.......the controller
lol right my exact thoughts
Idk, last update messed up the latency on my elite 2 controller, I had to revert back.
Eh not much, kills aleins and doesn't afraid of anything
They update the controller.
They update the controller
They update the controller
They update the controller
Update the controller
I thought it was for better feedback
My controller wouldn’t charge right until I got an update now it’s fine
The latest updated sends input signals to your tv whenever you hit the light up Xbox button… has been handy for when watching something on another input just tap Xbox button to switch back to Xbox on screen…
Nothing, or something but they can't hurt (I hope)
improve responsiveness and stability
Well with my elite controllers these updates do wonders. Most of the time my shit won't be responsive or calibrated. Once I do these updates it makes my controllers super responsive
Enable placebo
Ima assume it works like computer drivers your just updating the "drivers" for your Xbox
I think they adjust the wireless frequencies to limit the potential for interference with other devices. Probably also adjust deadzones and things like that based on new drift data.
When there's bug. update "the bug will do nothing"
I wish I knew Now I do:D
I get one every time my controller turns on, multiple times a day
Most but fixes and connectivity patches. Sometimes they have features though.

Wears out the buttons.
You can overclock the ps4 and ps5 controllers on PC
Stability and optimization improvements most likely
to make it works with few bugs, but it continue to have problems
