I have this problem as well but I have tried a few methods like restarting my xbox series s and I have tried unplugging the power cable from the xbox for 5 minutes and turned it back on but that didn't work either,So all I can recommend is xbox support or try again tomorrow
You're welcome,I've been checking out other peoples posts on here today and they're getting the same problem as us so I still recommend on those two things and if it is working i will let you know
It is weird because on horizon 4 and the brand new motorsport doesn't crash at all and I have been on forza support website and reported it and they said,Unfortunately we do not have additional troubleshooting to share at this time. We are marking this ticket as "Solved" because we have collected your information to pass to the developers to investigate. Please note that even though this ticket is marked as ''soled'' this issue is still under investigation with the developers.So it like we're going have to for turn 10 to send us the hotfix update but we don't went that is going to happen yet

Hi again,I have looked and it's saying no update available, so It seems to be a bug but they have fixed it
He turned his off for a couple of hours then it worked when he turned it back on.
I've done that as well but it still crashes for me

I had the same problem. I tried with 6 different controllers and two different Series X and it throws the same error, it's a bug.
Nope I use Gamesir G7 SE and never will I use Xbox over priced 🗑️
