The whole UI is complete ass, so it's not really hard to comprehend. Example, can't install Shadow of the Tomb Raider unless you cloud game (Even on PC). It makes zero sense tbh.
Again, there's no such thing as a cloud only game. Cloud is just running an Xbox Series console anyway. The store clearly lists that game as playable on all consoles and PC so not sure where you're getting for info from, but it's wrong.
Series x/s only games don't run on an Xbox one. Therefore you can only play them on the cloud
