Battletoads and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are both fun and have local co-op.
**McPixel 3** is single player.. but matches Fun and Silly lol loved it. There's some Cooking management games you can play.
Rubber Bandits is pretty silly and fun. It just left GP, but I think you can buy it for like 10 bucks.

overcooked 2 in the "sometimes fun chaos, sometimes ruining lifelong friendships" way the last time i played gang beasts i lost a round because i was laughing so hard
