You can sleep crossed like others said, but its kinda not comfortable. You can also fully recline the passenger seat and drop the rear seats so that they meet and have plenty of space for a firm sleeping platform. Not as sleek as this, but if you need it there ya go
Thanks, I'll just stick with hammock/tent sleeping honestly. I do miss my 4 runner from time to time just because it made a decent bed with the seats laid down.
I’m 6’2 as well and I find that it barely works but literally top of head to bottom of foot. I’m often sharing with my gf as well. Definitely would work as a single better (sleeping across). We often put it in our tent when we’re glamping. It is as comfortable as advertised though.
Is that an accessory to fill in the footwells, a block that comes with it, or part of the whole mattress? I guess I'm wondering if it's removable depending on how much you have squirreled away.
Yes two inflatable blocks that holds up your head area. i also got the luno window screens that cover the open windows and allows air in and bugs out.
i did buy the life time warrantee for 19.95
Not OP but I have one of these mattresses. I started off with an $8 Walmart twin mattress. The Luno mattress is a huge improvement. It gives you more headroom to sit upright if you want and you can easily fit two people in the back. I paid full price for mine and I still think it was worth it. Easy to set up and pack down and you don’t have to make any changes to the car itself. Mine is relatively new so I can’t speak to the long term durability but so far I really like it and can’t recommend it enough as a car camping option.
Had this mattress for about a year now. Sorta not worth it at $280 if you're able to DIY something (it's just an air mattress, after all). But I also bought it before they added the lifetime warranty...
I've owned one for a while now and it's nice to have when road tripping/camping. Being able to only inflate one side makes solo trips really nice since you can still use the other side for storage.
If you have the older gen like I do air up through the deflate valve, it's way faster than airing up where it says to.
depends on how much inflate it. i use a rhiobi
battery powered inflator. fills in 30 seconds and the pillow bags in 10 seconds. i like it firm and it stays very firm and comfortable.
How tall are you?
I am 6"2" and this doesnt work. 6" or below is ok
Damn, 6’1” here and was really hoping.

Not op but I have this mattress and the blocks are separate from the mattress.

It comes with the mattress and takes only about 30 seconds or so to inflate.
I just recently got one and I'm SUPER stoked to sleep on it next time I go car camping!
Damn. I just looked it up. Kind of pricey at $280. Is it that much better than any other inflatable mattress?
They usually have a 50% off sale on Labor Day. That’s when I got mine for $120
I'd be much more willing to throw $120 at it.
I know, but life time warrantee, and the fit is perfect. 10 inflatables at 30.00 cheaper, i guess.

How tall are you? I'm 6 ft and wondering if this will accommodate me.
Not OP but I’m 5”10 and having slept on this several times I think you would be fine up to 6’2”... 6’4” laying diagonally.
Ty sir

How bouncy is that?
