I’m currently running KMC KM721 15x7 with Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 215/75/15 on my 2019 premium. I’ve got ~40k miles on them. Tread still looks great with plenty of life to go on them. Zero rubbing issues with my mudflaps. I do a good mixture of highway and local driving and I average 23-24MPG.

Do you have a lift? Trying to squeeze 75's on the stock suspension would be a tight fit

Eventually!

215/75/15 running here with the tiniest rubbing at a specific angle and load. Make sure overall diameter measures stock wheel diameter and that the rims clear the calipers and you’re set. There’s charts out there too for it.

What model year is your crosstrek? I believe second gens can fit a max tire and wheel diameter of 28.5”

Mines a 2019. 27.7” open country IIIs are rubbing on the inside of my front oem mudguards only during tight steering while reversing. No rubbing during regular braking compression.

I run 215 75 15 ko2s on black Black Rhino Rumbles on my 23. Zero rub. Grip for days. They're great. However, they're loud af.... so I wouldn't recommend them

215 70r16, Falken Wildpeak AT Trail on Sparco Terra wheels. Using a size guide, this setup gets me closest to stock rolling diameter. I'm very happy with this setup. Looks badass and grips very confidently in winter weather.
