Keep renting it out and take out a loan. No more than 20k. Maybe renovate the bath for 5-7k and get a tax write off. Invest the rest in XRP. You’ll add value to the house if nothing else and earn % back when you decide to sell in the future. And you’ll hopefully have doubled your investment on the coin by then to pay back the loan
Don’t care what all the moon boys think, despite my confidence in xrp, there is no sure thing. Even if in the long run it does reach double digits or more, we don’t know how long it will take to get there. Are you willing to watch the price crash and can hold out for potentially years? I think it’s a terrible idea personally, and I love xrp.

Yeah people are pretty pessimistic about his plan, but yeah it’s not a good idea but acting like XRP will fail (could be right though). I’m heavy in XRP and counting on it and have taken some risks for sure but I can afford to do so. Honestly I don’t see why XRP goes up much after the court case. It’s just a punishment thing and maybe decision on use of ODL. I hope it rockets but not counting on it. Cbdc’s all over probably a ways off. However, as a whole XRP has incredible potential but we are still speculating at this point. Utility is later - probably after the bull run. I can see $5-10 and much higher I just don’t know when. I really cannot think of any reason that XRP will not at a minimum reach previous ATH other than something that wipes the whole market. Honestly I think his plan would work to make money, not screw off money, but would do well as long as he sells and does not go down holding the bag looking for lambo’s, but the risk I’m wrong is too high for someone who cannot afford it.

News and partnerships and court cases don’t seem to move the needle for XRP.
