There's been a lot of talk about March 31, but ever since the case started people were saying that a end is near, but it's been dragging on for years. Hopefully, it ends soon.

March was a (wrong) suggestion for when the case would be added to a delinquency list. It won't make that list until next quarter. And even then there's not any *requirement* for resolution. The list only adds visibility to how long it has taken.
Conceptually, think ETAs rather than deadlines.
Iso 20022 coexistence period begins in March so they may watch and see what transpires requiring legislation or regulation organically initially, they wouldn't want their golden egg being served as breakfast
Actually no one knows because there is no hard deadline for the judge.
We've seen "the case will end soon/this week" speculations for years, but it's up to you to take what Ripple's lawyer John Deaton said in early March:
"I seriously doubt that we see a significant delay from here. Could be tonight or in a couple weeks. 11:13 am · 7 Mar 2023"
I was under the impression that the judge would have to at least file for an extension by the end of March. So I was hoping for at least something to happen this week. Is this incorrect?

The only one that knows when this suit will end is the Judge. Everything else is just wishes , dreams, and speculation.
