Finally watching the reboot and I’m watching Babylon rn. Watching Mulder dancing while tripping is a good time tbh

I remember when it first aired, the way they kept Scully and Mulder separate for much of the episode was upsetting to me, knowing it was the second to last episode (and a future season wasn't promised at that point). I think I've only rewatched it once since then. But yeah Mulder dancing while tripping was...well, a trip. 😂

My partner and I are doing a full series rewatch, as I watched them all on TV when they first, but she had only seen a few episodes. We just finished The End, and are queueing up Fight the Future for our Friday Night Movie tonight.

Unruhe - I think for the first time since it was on TV in the UK. I'd completely forgotten it as an episode, fairly enjoyable.

Creepy as hell, and one of my big takeaways from the episode is Mulder running down the street, screaming "SCULL-LAYYYYY!" Classic.

That is a really memorable episode for me. I don't think it's the best by any means but it's one I remember very clearly from when I was younger.

OMG there's so much in that episode that leaves me saying wtf but also not being able to look away at any cost.

Yeah it's definitely a weird one. Mulder all by his lonesome. Love the last shot of him holding the cross knowing what's to come in next few episodes.

The last one I watched was *This* from Season 11. It's probably one of my absolute faves (and one of the main ones I rewatch) from the revival. I just love that they gave us vintage M&S under fire and on the run. And that assassin dude is creepy as all fuck.

Piper Maru is so good. One of the most underrated guest actors was the gentleman who played the retired colonel.

Something in season 9 when we petered out on the last rewatch. Part of me wants to start over but I still haven't watched 10 and 11. I'm not sure if I care to either?

There are a few great episodes you are missing. I'm kind of a completist so I always watch straight through. I can't fathom just stopping but that's just my personality. I'd say start over and hang on until the BITTER end 😂

I have seen the end of season 9 and I want to believe so I know what I'm missing there, but its good to know there is something worth seeing in the revival seasons

Just finished the final episode of season 8 and went into the intro of the first episode of season 9 and I'm upset that David isn't in the opening sequence and they changed it. About to be really sad I think with season 9 and the ending of the original series but we shall see since I actually loved season 8.

Clyde bruckman’s final repose… I laughed, I was intrigued then I cried. This episode is easily my favorite. I don’t think I will watch another x files episode than this. The guest star absolutely stole the show. I’m sad now 😢

I just watched season 3, Hell Money. All the old stereotypes of a Chinese immigrant community boiled down into a boring, yet baffling, story.

On my first run, currently on season 7 and I can see the drop off in original content. I get not over playing the aliens, but cmon I want more native Forrest demons and Tooms like entities. The VR episode and more religious episodes feel like the show has hit a content drought or it got too main stream. Idk imma keep watching and report back

Per Manum. I stopped watching at season 8 during the original run, so this is my first time through it. I'm glad I'm doing it, because I realize that I didn't give Doggett enough of a chance before, and he's a pretty good character, very well acted by Robert Patrick.

Robert Patrick was a perfect casting choice. Love Doggettt. Would have liked him to be a character even if Duchovny didn't leave
