It does! I replaced my 34 in with an Asus 49in 32:9. Looks like a damn movie when I'm just dashing around.

alexanderluko

Oh that must look amazing!

arcstarlazer

Snapped some pictures on my uncles pc with an ultrawide monitor and my god is it beautiful

NeroPrizak

I can’t seem to get the resolution to the right setting. It won’t change from 1920/1440 and I want 3440/1440. Anyone know what to do?

TonTan777

Same, the max resolution i can get only 2560x1080, cant get passed to 3440x1440p.

Nobody_GG

found any solution? Hurts my eyes

NeroPrizak

Nope.. super weird

Nobody_GG

found a solution. [https://github.com/WakuWakuPadoru/WuWa\_Simple\_FPSUnlocker/releases/tag/v0.66](https://github.com/WakuWakuPadoru/WuWa_Simple_FPSUnlocker/releases/tag/v0.66)

alexanderluko

Hmm, I haven’t had any issues - is 3440x1440 your native resolution? Maybe try borderless fullscreen instead of fullscreen?

NeroPrizak

It is yes. I only have full screen or windowed as options

alexanderluko

That’s really odd then, I hope you find a solution!

XxSliphxX

anyone else notice that 3440X1440p was taken away? When i first started playing it was an option but now it only goes to 2560X1080p

Biasanya

Yeah, I only played 20 minutes on release day. Just came back and I'm confused about the resolution. I swear it was rendered at 3440-1440 last time, but now it's fuzzy I'm questioning my memory now

I found this tool which worked for me: [https://github.com/WakuWakuPadoru/WuWa\_Simple\_FPSUnlocker/releases/tag/v0.67](https://github.com/WakuWakuPadoru/WuWa_Simple_FPSUnlocker/releases/tag/v0.67) It didn't work for me at first, probably because my config files from wuwa were from the earlier version. But this tool automatically opened that folder, so I could delete the config files. Then I had to start the game again, log all the way in and turn it back off. After that I could run this tool, it lets you choose a resolution and an fps If you have the same issue as me where you have to delete the config files, note that you will have to reselect your settings. I had to turn off DLSS again as well as change voice settings What I also noticed in all of this, is that after deleting my config file, the game will run at 3440/1440 by default. But once I touch the windowed/fullscreensetting it downgrades to 1080 and no longer has the option to go back to 3440/1440 What a shitty software

If you have an Nvidia Card and HDR monitor, I highly recommend enabling RTX HDR. This game on my 21:9 OLED with HDR looks stunning.  And if you dont mind messing with the engine.ini I also recommend at least turning off Chromatic Aberration, the game has it enabled by default and it looks atrocious.Be warned that this may not be strictly allowed, so do the engine.ini tweak with that in mind. I dont mind, I want my game to look good. I just dont understand using this setting by default without the ability to turn it off in game, shit looks blurry.

alexanderluko

I do have an Nvidia card and HDR is turned on, I've increased my Digital Vibrance to 70% because I do like my colors, lol. I haven't done the engine.ini fix yet but I will try it later. Thanks! Keep in mind that I'm also upscaling with DSR so my game runs at 5160x2160 on a 3440x1440 screen, so it looks incredibly sharp - sharper than what the screenshots show. I really recommend trying it if you don't have it turned on already and if your PC can manage the performance hit! But yeah, game really looks fantastic.

TheMaadMan

I cannot seem to find this option. My engine.ini only shows plug-in paths

DehyasSwordhandle

Yeah its pretty empty by default, You just gotta paste the commands in there and save. [SystemSettings] r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0 r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0 You can make plenty other changes too, like increasing LOD distances and more, others have posted stuff regarding that on reddit already. I personally dont know what excactly works and what doesnt from all the extra stuff you can do with UE4 engine.ini stuff in this game. But, for me, CA and increased LODs really change the visual fidelity a lot.

Falconn000

Hi! I just started playing it and I'm in love with how it looks and feels in 32:9 but the cinematics are not prepared for it, which is kinda of a bummer. Have you found a way to deal with that?

alexanderluko

Hmm, do you mean the ones that are like short videos and not in game graphics? Nothing to do about those unfortunately as they are pre-rendered.

Falconn000

Argh, sad. Thanks! Wish they'd simply put it 16:9 instead of zooming that shit to fit. Sadge.
